![]() I hate "X Killer," especially when it's a shitty knockoff on the "rival" platform (Halo killers on the PS3, Metal Gear killer...Kojima should be called that) I'm going to toss in: Removing features. The three factions thing reminded me. In the first Samurai Warriors, you have a lot of maps where you have three factions that are actually at odds with one another. In SW2, you may have a couple, but mostly three way battles are more of a 1 on 2 or 2 on 1. I like three way battles. That's a minor deal. But then, like Smackdown games removing CAW options or GM mode. Those are bigger deals. Quote:
Also, I hate the game industry spending so much money combating the used market and piracy. You hear the new one where one of the guys from Epic wants to charge us for the ending of a game unless we purchased it new? That's especially good for those people who still don't have broadband to get on Live or PSN, since the ending would be DLC even new. I doubt anything will come of it, but it irks me that combatting piracy eats millions of dollars a year that could go to making games better. Or even--this one will stun you--profit! Piracy isn't going down, the used market isn't going away, and spending money on it means you have less money to spend on the games or horde. Motherfuckers. |
