I agree with you on your first point, but I think the second is obvious. Cena vs. Austin would be a massive draw on many different levels, and that means more money for the WWE. I mean, when has Cena being boo'd out of the building ever been a deterrent for the company before? One Night Stand and WM22 are both prime examples. When the fans boo Cena in Texas, the simple cover from the announce team is "Well, we are in Texas and this is the return of one of the biggest stars in the history of the WWE." That easy.

At this point though, I also do not think Austin is coming back.
