Hendo was clearly still in the zone. He may have known he was k.o.ed but it was pretty clear he was still amped up. It's natural to follow up a knockdown punch with a follow up.

I actually like Bisping... I mean I was going for Hendo, but I like Mike. He got pwnd though, and the last punch was only an exclamation point. Hendo's only mistake was in the interview saying what he said... but I mean fuckit, he was pumped up, he just shutup the loudmouth for the time being.

If he said he was pumped up and didn't realise then there is no issue. That's the problem. He said he did know he was out (no matter what Reavant says).
