You can't make a person credible without doing anything with them.

Nobody is saying that Raw is the right place for him, or that the writers there are any good. Simply that his current state is not WHC material.

You said he deserves to be in big matches, and then you say this. And you wonder why people jump on you?

What I'm trying to get across is that there are other people outside of the main event who are more credible (that is, will been seen as having a chance in a title match) than Evan Bourne.

Some examples: Mark Henry (even though I find his ring work to be sub-par), The Miz, Jack Swagger, MVP, Big Show (bias here), and even Kofi (solely because of the US Title).
