Bret Hart signs with WWE

What I’d like is for the show to start with Bret Hart’s music hitting and him coming out. He cuts his promo, Shawn Michaels’ music hits. Michaels comes out and apologizes for everything. Hart accepts, and they shake hands. Vince McMahon’s music hits. Vince pushes Hart around, saying he can’t wrestle anymore, and Michaels kicks Vince’s head off. Hart puts Vince in the Sharpshooter.

So, Vince screws D-Generation X over, but Hart does something to restart the match.

I actually kind of like this idea. It'd be cool to see Bret actually stick up for Shawn, and Shawn do the same for Bret. It'd be really different than just ''Bret, I hate you'' and ''Shawn, I hate you''.

In terms of this show, the balance seems to be keeping Bret Hart face, D-Generation X face, and Vince McMahon heel. I’d imagine Hart isn’t returning to be a heel, so to me, a screwjob with Shawn Michaels in the Walls of Jericho, but Hart saving the day and restarting the match.

Maybe I'm just a really negative person... but that would be horrible. I'm not tuning in to see them shake hands and hug. I'd like to see the last 13 years of animosity between Shawn and Bret addressed instead of being swept under the rug like nothing happened. They have 13 years of build and it would be stupid to waste it.

But how would they close out those 13 years of animosity? Bret can't wrestle anymore...
