Goldberg returning would be the only thing they could pull off that would be both worthwhile and shocking BUT..he's going to be on the new Celebrity Apprentice and I could see WWE getting him back to be a Guest GM if they don't end it before that starts on March 14th.

Hell, Goldberg could be the permanent RAW GM in a scenario where he wins the Celebrity Apprentice and then Trump goes back to Vince and says there was a clause in the resale of RAW to Vince that the winner of Celebrity apprentice got to be permanent RAW GM.
