Holy Crap you are right! "WWE has come to terms on the release of WWE Diva Maria as of today February 26, 2010. We wish Maria the best in all future endeavors."

I guess she requested the release rather than WWE giving up on her, especially with her winning the slammy and being involved with that Matt Hardy storyline.
