I've noticed this many times as well. A lot of the AI will attack, then play a land, and summon a monster at the end of the turn instead of at the start. At one point, Garith attacked with a Grizzly Bears, then played a forest, summoned a Wurm, and THEN played giant growth on his already tapped bears. Also, just to clarify, he did NOT have a Dragon's Tooth in play so I was just dumbfounded by his stupidity to waste a +3/+3 card on an already tapped monster.

Garruk will frequently regen his trolls when they're not in comat, or even giant growth them when they're not in combat. Even if he's attacking with ten other creatures and the troll is the only one, he'll sit there.

A lot of people complained that the AI cast everything before the "Attack" phase. Looks like they just made the AI do the opposite rather than making a smarter AI.

It's like they're punishing us for the fanback fans are giving.
