In terms of hype it probably is Hogan's biggest Mania just due to how much bigger the company was at the time than his earlier days. But everything being equal, it's a tough call between Wrestlemania V and Wrestlemania VI. V is the better match and has a better build, but VI has more prestige because both titles are on the line.

Maybe could rival Hogan-Rock in terms of mainstream hype because wrestling was still pretty kayfabed then. But realistically the match was a bodyslam because Andre was in bad shape at that point. Probably the most important of all of them in terms of them finally getting the Wrestlemania concept right. That's pretty important for non-wrestling reasons.
