If a team is going to have "passion" then it has to be similar to the Brazilian style of passion where the goal of their players is to wear the national jersey with pride more than making the most money or being at the top clubs of the world.

Also helps to buy a bunch of those mini-balls to train tricks and skills since Brazilians play with those balls everywhere (beach, at home, at the park, indoor soccer).
