YES Network alone is $3 billion or based on the buying price when it was rumored for sale a few years ago.

Based on the team wealth list for 2010, Yankees are worth $1.6 billion and the stadium barely contributes to the value since the state "owns" it (in terms of 30-year payback deal to get money for the new stadium).

To put that all in perspective, Red Sox are #2 in the team wealth list but almost 50% less in value than Yankees while Fenway Park is worth some money but won't reach a top wealth level until it celebrates its 100th anniversary. NESN barely reaches $500 million in terms of wealth.
