IWA uses light tubes as well, there are better videos out there. But is the first one I found.

I would think that the initial break of the tubes is what hurts the most, then the landing on the shards of course would just rip ya up.

Wow, two skinny guys who don't work out or belong in a ring using light tubes to make a name for themselves like the hundred other guys that did that last weekend. I hope they're having fun destroying their body because if they keep it up they're going to be spending every shift of theirs at Wendy's in pain.
