I guess technically your both correct (the best kind of correct). I guess what I was trying to say is when people are overweight and start exercising, and they hit "that wall". They'll try ad say muscle weighs more than fat. If your working out to lose weight, your not gonna put on 10 lbs of muscle while you still have plenty of fat to burn (thats what I've learned)
