The only reason they kept the Cena spinner belt was for merchandise. Prior to that, you would never see that many people in the crowd with belts (sure there would be that one fat nerd who shelled $700 for a replica). Nobody was waving their freshly bought eagle winged belt (Bret hart era) or big round gold Attitude belt.

Plus the spinner belt was resized for kids. Hell, I even went to the grocery store to see the Cena spinner belt in the toys aisle. It goes for $19.99. They even had the WHC and ECW Title. Hell I was even thinking about buying one. You would've never seen that with the other belts.

Though I do agree that it's for merchandising, this is a load of shit for two reasons.

1. You didn't see AS MANY, but there were CERTAINLY people with replicas throughout the crowd prior to the spinner. And the foam ones, too.

2. Before the spinner the titles were more expensive and were more rare. You could only order them from the magazines or online. Now they're sold at shows.

Also, my supermarket sells the IC, old school tag and WHC. I have actually not seen the spinner.

ALSO, all the replicas (not counting the toy belts) come in kid sizes, and have for a long time. Pre-spinner I believe.

They are really trying to push hardy and the TNA majority (little goth girls) love him because he is "dark and tormented" or some shit like that..... idk either way its a gay title. WWE need to redesign the WWE championship so its not 3D... should just be flat like that World Title.

kids just love the spinner belt. It's hard to resist not wanting to buy one. Pretty sure they'd rather have mom buy them the spinner belt than the replica Undisputed foam belt. There was no spinner belt in your store because it was probably all sold out

Thats exactly the belt I was thinking up in my mind that they would use...except maybe perhaps on a real belt the persons name will be flashing instead instead of just multiple entrance videos...

Personally I want to see them go back and do something old school related with the belt. No more spinner...or bright designs...

I was always a fan of the old eagle belt myself...

But then again, shit usually grows after seeing it so often. At first I didn't like the Cena spinner belt. Now I'm used to it. Mainly because it looks original atleast. So does the WWE US Title. I like the bold red white and blue.

Remember this hunk of shit? Whoever has been in-charge of designing these title belts lately needs to be fired.



Now say what you will about the gay Jeff Hardy Belt. But I honestly think that this belt has a pretty nice design. I would like to see something more like this. And not the traditional Round or Squared designs....Who wants to put money on Jeff Hardy was the one who designed the Jeff Hardy Belt?
