The Skills Competition was pretty cool actually this year. I'd love an all stars vs Stanley Cup Winner game like the NHL used to do.

Why? The All Star team would destroy the Cup winners 9 times out of 10

I'm pretty sure when the NHL used to do that format it was pretty even. I think it'd be more intense because for example, if the Pens won the cup and played you'd have guys like Asham and Rupp who only really know how to play gritty and it'd kinda more a point of pride to have your regular team beat an all star team.

When that was the format there were 6 teams

Way more parity in the league now
