Bumping is the very first thing you should learn and in most places it is. If you can't bump, your journey ends there. I've seen guys come in, have themselves dropped into a flat back bump by 4 guys holding an arm and a leg each and the fuckers still can't do it. Some people literally are just too scared/uncomfortable/unable to just back bump. But your sentiment is true, far too many cowboys that can't put on 5 passable minutes themselves are playing trainer nowadays and producing equally shit, if not worse shitarses.
