look/physique: 9
finisher: 6 it was impressive when he got a big guy up in it ,but thats about all
on the mic: 3
character development: 6 played both heel and face but neither one all that well

***IYO opinion what was his best match? the only one that stands outfor Luger would be either against Steamboat in '89 or against Perfect at mania 9

He has tons of great matches from the late 80's in NWA, vs Flair, Pillman, Sting, Steiners etc...

Agreed. It's difficult to hoist Roadblock on one's shoulders, but how much would such a thick man be hurt by wiggling one's arms while holding the dude? A bearhug would logically hurt more.

I dug Luger's "steel implant" forearm gimmick, though.
