Amnesia (the original is on a bigger sale) is great if you are up for a good thriller. I got Plague but it is an early access game (as in alpha/beta). Walking Dead is a personal thing, I like it but know many who don't.

EA cut ties with Steam before that one was released. This means that anyone playing the first two games on Steam will not be able to use their saved game file in ME3.

Starting at Vegas would be fine, aside from some slight mentions in 2, and maybe New Vegas (think I read this, haven't made it far enough in the game to personally find out), they mention the main character being related to the hero from Fallout 1, but that's about it.

I started at 3 and have yet to play 1 and 2/Tactics. Vegas and 3 don't really branch in story so either one is fine. I love both of them equally
