This, pretty much. He could probably make a great name for himself in ROH or NJPW, but he doesn't have the promo skills to be a player in WWE. And as stated above he has no natural charisma. If he did, he could at least learn to be a better interview, but having that charisma isn't something you can just learn. You've either got it or you don't.

Ryback was super over on this weeks Smackdown. I think it would be cool to build him up and have him beat Rusev @ Wrestlemania.
