I usually go for someone who has less games than me, but not so much less that it's obvious they're a pay-to-player.

Right now I'm at the top end of Survivor (no pluses) for exhibition and I'm usually beating guys who have 4-6K wins and 1500-3k losses. I'm at almost 9k games played personally.
