Tough choice but went with Scott Hall.

Hall pretty much edges out DDP in everything except WWE/WCW champion tier success. Very likely could have matched DDP there had he staid in WWE or not struggled with drinking/drugs problems and Hogan in WCW.

Both were good in terms of in-rings skills but Hall had the better character/gimmick, promo skills, and overall package.

If non-wrestling stuff was counted, DDP's greatest success as a wrestler would be his Yoga series mainly for how helpful its been for the lives of several wrestlers and regular people in general.
