L.A are a pretty "smarkish crowd" so it was pretty much a safe bet that they would go crazy for it.

That's probably why they chose to debut it now, as Raw would be in L.A.

If they chose to debut it at a Raw that was in a place that didn't have a "smark crowd" then it probably wouldn't have got much of a reception, which would have lead to other crowds not giving a fuck about it and then the gimmick falling flat on its face and dying.

By choosing L.A and getting the reaction it did, other crowds will most like be into it a bit more now and do the whole stupid "Delete Arm Thing" and so on.
