Barring the stupid name, Tugboat being the turncoat heel would've been arguably been better than what we got with Sarge. Remember, WWF totally played up on TV that Hogan + Tugboat were friends, he was the one that helped Hulk train for his return after Earthquake took him out on the Brother Love Show & he had a series of matches with Quake while Hulk was "on the shelf". Hogan being forced to fued with his former best buddy turned evil foreigner would have made for some dramatic storytelling LOL
