There was no reason to waste TV time explaining a Mickie James heel turn when you hardly noticed she was there in the first place. I've seen heel turns as simple as someone showing up with a "new attitude". The important thing is that she's in a more prominent role now, so good for her. She turned face before Titus Worldwide vs. Charlotte.

Titus O'Neil face turn and Titus Worldwide thing was very weird as well, but no one cares as much because no one really cares about Titus O'Neil.
