You’re so fucking stupid. I never said anything about defamation. I brought up trademark infringement and right of publicity (name, image, and likeness) infringement. Neither of those have anything to do with defamation. Defamation, trademark infringement, and right of publicity infringement are each completely separate legal claims with different elements and remedies you dumb fuck.
