The PS1 titles definitely were. All the ones after that are kind of a mixed bag, though.

Yep, Driver 1 and 2 were on PS1, then there was Driv3r (yes, that's how they spelled Driver 3) and Driver: Parallel Lines (PL was also on Nintendo Wii) on PS2 and XBOX, Driver ’76 on PSP and Driver: San Francisco on PS3, Wii and 360.
