Had a change of hart plus my comp is PCI not AGP. So help some more and the rep will be given up. Is this one good or reccomend something else???

umm, well granted PCI gfx cards are coming into play more, but a motherbaord without an AGP slot is prob crap, unless u went specialist recently.

How much do you want to spend?

Are u a casual or keen gamer? If u were keen, id say save up several hundred punds/dollors and a get a new PC built.

Dell Dimension 2200

Intel Celron CPU 1300 MHz, 1.3 GHz 256 RAM and My HD in my comp is 16 GB but I have one connected via USB and its 30 GB.

Now I just copied that from the system properties.

And my computer is about 3 years old.

ok as a pro on bf1942, the setup u have.... u could possibly run it on low gfx and it maybe chuggy depending how mnay bots u wanna play againts.

Halo could be pushing it...

If however you were to get another stick of 256MB ram and a semi good graphics card it would help you in the longrun!

The 5200s are like a jet plane with their fans. Loud little things they are. Yeah, you're going to have hard time with Halo. Probably even with 1942. But if you could stick with ATI you'll be ok. Anything that is before ATI's 9600, I'd probably go with NVIDIA because they were doing best until then. Don't remember when that started though.

Yeah same, with World of Warcraft coming up I want my computer to be decent, the graphics and my 20/40GB hard drives are the only thing about my computer which suck now.

Apart from the sound (SB 16 PCI) but that does its job fine.

Might put more ram in too, the motherboard can handle 3GB.
