I just said this in another post....

WCW planned to do a money give away when they were nearly down and out, but stopped it before it got sorted. They also got rock bands to do live performances on their shows. Basically my point is they did these things to try and boost ratings, without looking at the wrestling or wrestlers first, like a quick fix!! WWE is basically doing exactly the same right now!

Well, Vince always likes to one-up the Bisch whenever he can...

I think his train of though it "I'm going to see how much farther I can take it than Bischoff did". I'd say by the end of the year he'll be able to rub it in Bischoff's face and we can move on.
