During a proper match, it takes a wrestler a good 10 minutes before he's weakened his opponent to such an extent that he can use his finisher. But in unplanned altercations, finishers can be done after only a few punches back and forth.

I'm tired of TNA accepting Don West's commentary and Vince Russo's writing. There is nothing "normal" in TNA, everything is BIZARRE! So everything being BIZARRE has now become the "norm", so everything in TNA is "normal"...which ironically, is what they were trying to prevent with having everything be BIZARRE.

So now, anything "normal" would be BIZARRE because Vince Russo has created a not-so BIZARRE orgy of BIZARRE occurances in TNA that have fans BIZARREly chanting for him to be fired. The only truly BIZARRE occurance will take place when someone in TNA shows half a braincell and fires Russo for a BIZARRE second time.

To sum up, everything being BIZARRE is stupid.

USUALLY when they grab the ropes they will use it to get higher thus applying more pressure. Not really stupid unless they just sit there.

In Falls Count Anywhere matches, there are rope breaks. Now, if they made it so if someone was touching a wall it counted as a rope break or something similar it would make a bit of sense, but ONLY in the ring makes no sense.

A main event for a show can be decided by an official-type character like a GM on the spot, as the result of a brawl/disagreement between two main eventers. So basically, not only was there no main event decided before the show started, but both wrestlers were left off the show in the original plans, despite being bedecked in their wrestling gear.

So this isn't normal, but I find this stupid.

I'm watching a SNME from '87 and the British Bulldogs fought the Hart Foundation in a 2/3 falls match for the Hart Foundation's tag titles. Well the Bulldogs won in 2 straight falls but they were not rewarded the tag titles because the Bulldogs won the first fall via DQ.

Now wouldn't it have made sense if they couldn't win the tag titles after the DQ then the match should techincally end?

What about the idea that a wrestler can sustain a move like a piledriver or tombstone (now if we are to seriously take that move at face value, this wrestler is being dropped forcefully square on his head) and not need immediate medical attention nevermind being able to continue the match.

Also in ladder matches that it takes wrestlers 20-30 seconds longer than any other human being to climb an 8' ladder and grab a belt

Yet 3 years later at Summerslam 1990 the Hart Foundation beat Demolition 2/3 falls when the 1st fall came with a DQ on Demolition
