For me I would say that the only consideration I make is whether or not they are an active wrestler on a major roster. Matt should not be fat. Neither should Jeff. Samoa Joe should not be AS fat.

I think there's a difference between being out of shape and being fat. Samoa Joe is fat, but I wouldn't say he's out of shape. I mean, he can still put on really long matches and his endurance is better than most wrestlers that have chiseled bodies.

Honestly I just think Jeff is off the drugs and like most addicts when they get Clean they gain a fuck load of weight.

Samoa Joe is not out of shape IMO, sure he does not have a muscular physique by any means, but he can move pretty fast, and he does jumping kicks and shit like that. I wouldn't call him out of shape all around. He is certainly in ring shape.
