I know, kind of a weird thread but I was just wondering...

Who do you think is the bigger household name in regards to pop culture/mainstream recognition/popularity? Stone Cold Steve Austin or The Iceman Chuck Liddell

Their respective careers are so similar. Mirror images of eachother.

I always looked at Chuck Liddell as the "Stone Cold Steve Austin of MMA"

In his prime, EVERYBODY knew who Steve Austin was. My cousin who hadn't been born yet knew who Steve Austin was.

it's austin no question. every dude in my jr. high was wearing stone cold shirts, and i doubt the same could ever be said about mr. liddell at any point in time.
