I also remember having a Ninja Turtles album, and I loved the song "Pizza Power". I can only remember a short bit of lyrics, "Pizza Power, a flying saucer food delight..."

In terms of "real" music, MC Hammer was my first favorite music artist as a child. So probably "Can't touch this".

I wanna say Collective Soul - December. Whenever I try and think back to "music my parents listened to in the car when I was young" that's always the first song that pops in my head.

The first song I actively remember hearing and actually thinking, "Man, I want to hear more songs that sound like this" was blink-182 - Dysentary Gary at my friend's house while we were playing Diablo 2 and Goldeneye on Nintendo 64 A+A+A+A+

The first song that comes to mind is "I Can't Dance" by Genesis, but could easily have been something from Mike Oldfield, Deep Purple, Fleetwood Mac... whatever my parents listened to really.

At this stage of my life all I listened to was what my parents had. Oldies, musicals, and classical. It was all a bunch of mixed tapes they recorded.
