Oddly enough, the last question was the easiest for me to answer.

Meanwhile, though the decade in question is within my lifetime, I didn't really care all that much outside of the gimmicks and personalities. Wrestling was just entertaining and something I could emulate with toys and/or my older brother.

I actually had to take a step back and realize that there is a lot of stuff I either totally don't remember, or conflated from later learned late 70s history or early 90s stuff.

Considering I finished in last place, I think I did better this time. I've been watching 80's WWE(F) house shows, and guessed on the rest. AWA had familiar wrestlers so I guess they were educated guesses.

The WWF used to use regular music all the time until like 1986. All their shows/segments used actual music (Piper's Pit, Saturday Nights Main Event, WWF Championship Wrestling etc...) There's a ton of choices.
