Did you watch more Nitro or Raw?
Back when watching wrestling was fashionable, where were your brand loyalties? Poll coming.

Also, tell us why. I always watched Raw and only the first hour of Nitro. Been watching what I missed on Nitro. Trippy ride.

Before the nWo I watched mostly RAW. Once the nWo debuted though I was an all WCW guy until the final episode. Would only switch to RAW during commercials.

Once Jericho got fucked over and left WCW I really stopped caring about them at all.

Started with only RAW because Undertaker/Mankind got me back into it.... but Hogan/Sting got me into Nitro.
Then I just watched both because they were on different days in Canada. |

Mainly RAW.
Mostly watched Nitro's 1st hour during their 3 Hour Era and whenever RAW got preempted by dog shows. Outside of brief periods of time, Nitro usually got the commercial switch status. Watched full Nitro shows more during the summer via its replays. Still find it a bit funny that Vince's main tv threat after 98/99 wasn't Nitro but the yearly dog shows since USA Network always favored them over RAW. |

But they aired on different days here so I usually managed to catch both.

Always a WWF guy, WCW on commercials or lame undercard. Always watched the first hour of Nitro and then the replay when that was going.

I usually watched both, but I was a pre-teen mark back then, so even though I always loved the WWF, when all the big names went to WCW I stuck with 'em.

I always watched Raw and I never watched Nitro.
Similar to Disturbed, Raw was on Sky and I didn't have Sky as a kid as we couldn't afford it but that didn't stop me watching Raw, as my uncle would record it and then I would watch the tape during the weekend as it was shown on Friday nights over here. Nitro was also shown on Friday nights and it would go on after Catroon Network changed to TNT at 9pm and there were a lot of times where I would be watching Cartoon Network and then it would go off at 9pm and change to TNT and Nitro would start and I would just change the channel during the intro. I was just a massive WWF Fanboy as a kid. I didn't like anything WCW because it was "the competition" and if I'm honest, I always felt as a kid that WCW had a bit of a "cheap feel" to everything compared to the WWF. My only exposure to WCW was from my brother's friend at the time who was a big WCW fan but would occasionally watch WWF but WCW was his thing, so when we were at his house we would play WCW games and WCW would be on the TV sometimes too but I never really paid attention to it. There was also a kid in my class at school who was like me but with WCW. We would often argue at which was better between WWF and WCW and I remember one time our argument was about who was better, Steve Austin or Goldberg and after he gave his reasons why Goldberg was better, he began acting like Goldberg and walked over to the school gates, began shaking them and snarling and punching himself in the head like Goldberg. As a kid, that really didn't convince me to watch WCW or Goldberg. It just made me and the other WWF kids feel a bit awkward. Now anyway, as an adult, I kinda regret not watching WCW when I was a kid as I noticed a good few years ago that it had some good matches and talent. Hell, if I had watched WCW as a kid, I could have became a Chris Jericho fan sooner. |

Overall RAW, but in 1998 I switched to Nitro for a bit because of the screwjob and Bret going there. Needless to say that didn't last very long. Plus I watched RAW all throughout the years before and years after.

Nitro. It came on in Canada earlier so I could watch more of it, and I would only catch Raw if I was not busy after school on the 4pm Tuesday replay, which was hardly ever. Then I bought a VCR and taped both shows and didn't have to miss a thing, I think that was mid 1999

Raw because WCW was largely shit. I only popped over to Nitro when Raw was in commercial to see if Hall and Nash were up to any shenanigans.

Raw from about late 1993 - 1996. Then both, with Nitro having more of a priority priority from 1996 - 1998. Then both with Raw having more of a priority from summer of 1998 through 1999. Then Raw exclusively from mid-1999 on.

I was always a WWF/E guy. Growing up, it was pretty much the only show I got (started watching rasslin' at Mania 3 in '87) and Nitro came to Canada relatively late in the game (at least where I live, dunno about anywhere else) and the few times I did try and watch it, I found it insanely dull.

Nitro's main eventers were flat out garbage for a while. All of the good stuff was on the undercard. Raw's main was way better.

I was firmly on Team WCW. I started watching in early 1998 and stuck with them to the end. I'd watch Raw too and would flip back and forth, but I always cared more about what was going on in WCW even in the Russo years.
Adolescent me was loyal to a fault. |

Back in the day I had the west coast feed of USA so I'd watch Nitro and either watch or tape RAW later on
I went to 2 Nitros at the local arena back in 1996/7 but the first Raw I ever went to was the go home show for WM 30 in DC |

I think I went to two Nitros and one WCW house show. Countless of every type of WWE show.

Until the end I was WCW primarily. Austin was great, but I thought Undertaker was lame during that period, and until The Rock got big along with Mankind I preferred Jericho/lucha.
WCW crashed hard in quality though. |
