have you ever choked out a friend with a wrestling move?
me and my friend was on my trampoline today wrestling, i put him in the camel clutch and then he started saying "i give" really quietly but i couldn't hear him...
my other mate was saying just saying "say you give up", he said loudly "i give up..."
so i let him go and started laughing because i won the match then asked my mate if he was ok...
and he wasn't moving, my mate helped him out and he was up after a minute
was scary shit as i've never choked anyone out before or been in any type of situatuion like that.
any of you ever chocked anybody out? and how did you do it?

Recently, I did the angle slam on one of my exes. The hard part was doing a slow drop to the couch, instead of doing a fast drop.

I rarely use wrestling moves, because I'm not stupid. There's something about the phrase "don't try this at home" that I listen to.

Honestly, I've nearly choked someone out in a DOJO under the watchful eye of a trained professional and several peers who were brown or higher ranked. Even in a controlled environment and under proper supervision, accidents happen.

Which, of course, makes the dumbasses who backyard wrestle even dumber.

So yeah, I never saw or heard the guy tap. Apparently he didn't hit the mat that hard, though he insisted he did, because Sensei then stressed to him the importance of tapping (He didn't see it either).

Anyway, the real reason I bring this up--

Do you think that, should I accidentally or intentionally injure someone outside of the dojo, that people would blame wrestling, or Aiki Jujutsu? I've had training in Aiki Jujutsu, college wrestling, and Tae Kwon Do (Which is okay, but I didn't want to learn how to perform a sport, I wanted self defense), but I bet they'd blame pro wrestling anyway, as it's an easier target. When Klebold and Harris shot up their school, they blamed music they didn't listen to and games they barely played as evidence of their "training."

In reality, it doesn't matter where yardtards learn their "skills," it all comes back to wrestling.

In my Dojo (Ju Jitsu) when I was an orange belt, I figured I'd spar with a black belt in my dojo. God was that a stupid move. Within' like 30 seconds of the session beginning he had be in a shoden, as I was about to tap to that he locks me in a choke hold. I tapped immedatly, I didn't even try to break it because I knew I was screwed. Now that I'm a brown belt I can last like a minute, not much better. The moral of the story is, don't fuck with a black belt.

I hate yardtards. I've only actually "wrestled" (and I use the term loosely) once, like 10 years ago. I almost broke my fucking neck when my cousin gave me a drop toehold and I came within 5 inches of hitting a dresser.

Although we did manage a double Razor's Edge on his brother on a bed, breaking it.

But yeah, I've only done it once and it wasn't exactly "fun" fun.
