In OVW... he changed his named to Kennedy Kennedy (saying Vince convinced him to change it) on his last OVW show before the jump. I was there. He then debuted as Ken(nedy) Kennedy.

Actually, it'd appear I was wrong on the number of times. Most of the shit I can find online indicates they changed his named to Ken Kennedy before he left Velocity (after one match), though they also indicate he did several weeks of Velocity matches before his Smackdown debut.
