Jazz
Anybody?
I've been trying to broaden my horizons and plus it's incredibly relaxing so I've been getting into jazz recently. I've been listening to a lot of Cannonball Adderly and Bill Evans. I've checked out a bit of Thelonious Monk too which is pretty good. Let me know, people. ![]() |

Jazz is the kinda thing that I'd love to get into but just...Well you know what I mean, where the fuck do you start?
When I was in Krakow in 2004 I went to a few jazz bars there and it was awesome, sometimes its a little hectic but when it all comes together, man, some talented motherfuckin musicians |

I love Monk. The stuff he does can sound infinitely complex or amaznigly simple at any given time.
What kind of Jazz you looking for, Supreme? Specific instruments you like in the mix? I'm looking at the Coltrane collection I have up on my shelf, which I'd rather heavily recommend. ct, if you want to get started, you might want to check out the Burns Jazz collection ttuff. It's a pretty nice collection (Or set of collections). |

It's not conventional jazz though. |
