I always figured the reason for the difference in names was either a) an overabundance of logos or something to do with ratings. What is the reasoning for the change at the 10 o clock hour?

RAW is technically counted as two shows in the ratings, the first hour (RAW/RAW is War) and the second hour (RAWZone/War Zone).

From what I recall is if it was all one show, it would be considered primetime. However the second have is not considered prime time due to the break up. Thus their ratings look better or something. But yeah, all deals with ratings.
