Being a great businessman is part and parcel of being a great promoter. The reason Paul Heyman was NOT a great promoter is because he was such a shitty businessman. He was a great talent-finder and booker, but as a promoter, if you can't keep your promotion afloat, then you're not that great.

Ironically, Inoki also nearly drove NJPW into the ground with bad business decisions in the end.

Yes he is the greatest wrestling promoter of all time. However in the grand scheme of things its hardly a Nobel prize in terms of achievment. He is next to Kermit the frog on the walk of fame though.
