He's doing a signing in a bookstore five minutes from my office on the 15th, and as usual around my childhood heroes, I turn into a gibbering mess.

So not to embarrass myself in front of my friends, I need to have something clever ready to say while he signs the book I've just paid double for.

He's only going to be signing any copies of his book which you've either bought on the day or from the store previously (proof of purchase required).

I actually met him a few months ago at a book signing and I am a huge Bret Hart fan and i froze up in front of him. A little embarrassing, but oh well

Rather than start off on ma own thread, nicking this. I'm kinda in the same boat. He's in Birmingham which is like 25 mins tram ride from my house, from 6pm-8pm. I grew up with the likes of him, and pretty much got major into wrestling as he and The Anvil were going their separate ways from a Tag Team and Hart ws being pushed toward the IC belt.

I think I'm gonna say a quick Hello and something like what Thrilla said and leave the question bout the pink glasses out. That is, if I get to see him anyway.
