They're adding new characters, stages and tweaking moves. I'm thinking it could be a new disc and we might see it around April. That's when the last two have been released.

Some AWESOME matches tonight, gentlemen. Funky, you should of stuck around. The Juri vs Sakura rematch was pretty epic.

Think that actually puts it at 2-2, for that match. Shoulda stayed for a rubber match. Next time.

Abel has definitely suffered, due to all the time spent on juri and makoto. Forgot how to play him from a strategy standpoint.

And no wins from Makoto today. That made me sad.

At least Juri has become pretty beastly. Might actually start playing ranked matches with her.

AE changes to...

Zangief:

Normal Moves

• We increased his range on Far Standing Hard Punch.

Special Moves

• We buffed his damage on Light Punch and Hard Punch Spinning Piledrivers, and increased range on Light Punch Spinning Piledriver.

• EX Banishing Flat, when it hits a grounded opponent, will no longer knock down.

• As a result, it is impossible to go onto wake-up offense after EX banishing flat, but it's within Light Punch Spinning Piledriver's range so please utilize it wisely.

• There are no changes to either Lariat.

Ultra 2
It is possible to alter Siberian Blizzard's traveling distance by putting in a forward/backward input between Ultra freeze and start-up.

For forward direction, it can travel much further than before, so it's easier to grab backdashing opponents.

While the ground recovery on whiff has increased, we see it as a buff considering its possibility on controlling the distance.

Overall
The major changes are the EX Banishing Flat (Green Glove) and Light Punch Spinning Piledriver range. It became necessary, not just for Zangief players, but for the opponents as well to alter their spacing, so please research thoroughly in SSF4 Arcade Edition.

Everyone online is screwed. You've seen what I can do with the SB when I'm focused (20 win streak, pulling it off from a lying position, catching anything from a back dash to a Scissors Kick.) but now they're going to make it even better. I don't mind no knock down from EX Banishing Fist given everything else they've done instead. I was a little worried they'd destroy Zangief but they seem to have done the opposite.

Sagat:

Normal Moves[/U][/B]

• The total damage is increased on Standing Light Kick when both hits get connected.

• As before, only 1st hit is Special Cancelable.

Special Moves

• Tiger Uppercut's damage is increased when connected at the 1st or 2nd active frames.

• There has been many complaints about Angry Scar that it comes out when unintended, so we changed its command to Kick buttons instead.

Overall

As there were huge changes in transition from vanilla Street Fighter 4 to SSF4, there are no changes in Arcade Edition to anything besides damage and command adjustments.

Being appropriate for his name as the King, he retains the potential to be a top class in SSF4 Arcade Edition.

Dan:

Normal Moves[/U][/B]

• Close Standing Light Punch's startup is changed to 3 frames. This was 4 frames in SSFIV.

• Crouching Medium Punch's startup was changed to 5 frames, was 7 frames in SSFIV.

• Close Standing Light Kick, Close Standing Medium Punch, Close Standing Hard Kick, Far Standing Light Punch, Crouching Light Punch, and Crouching Medium Kick's recovery time was reduced, so there are new combos available.

• For example, Far Standing Light Punch into Crouching Medium Kick will combo along with Crouching Medium Punch 2x.

• Neutral Jumping Hard Punch has pursuit property, and will slam opponents down to the ground when hit.

Special Moves

• Medium and Hard Dan Kicks damage distribution got adjusted.

• Hard Dan Kick's total damage was decreased.

• Koryuken (Dragon Punch) will give air reset on trade, this is likely on Dan, not the opponent.

Ultra 2

• Haoh Gadoken's invincibility was decreased to 8 frames after Ultra freeze. As a result, if it can be stuffed, and projectile will not come out when that happens.

Overall

Normals are enormously buffed, so it became interesting in a close range brawl. This character is for pros, but this could be the one step forward for Saikyo!

Dudley:

Normal Moves

• Crouching Medium Kick's active frame window was increased to 5 frames, was 3 frames in SSFIV.

• Standing Hard Kick's recovery time was reduced. While it hasn't changed on hit, the frame advantage is 0 on block, so the risk is reduced and therefore it's easier to utilize. Previously, this was -3 on block.

• Jumping Hard Kick will slam down opponents to the ground if they're hit in airborne state, so it's better as an anti air option.

Unique Attacks

• We changed Toward + Medium Punch's startup to 7 frames, and increased hitbox as well, so it is possible to hit some characters out of their low attacks. The startup on this was 9 frames in SSFIV.

• Toward + Hard Kick's hitbox was buffed, so it is possible to connect from further away than now.

Special Moves

• A new special, EX Duck, is added in, it's different from regular versions. EX Duck has upper body invincibility during movement, and canceling into follow-ups is possible from the 3rd frame.

• Light Punch or Light Kick into EX Duck into Ducking Straight/Upper is possible now.

Others

• Jet Upper Focus Attack Dash Cancel on block has frame advantage of -2.

• Also, we fixed cases where a throw wouldn't connect on some dizzied opponents.

Overall

We made situations on where he had difficulty to be less severe, and made the changes for Dudley to have more variety of chances.

We think the brand new EX Duck will become an important tool with new combo possibilities, so you can look forward to him.

While I'm at it, here's some FG lingo for those curious about how I write certain terms.

AA = Anti-Air: Both used to describe a moves directional attack and an on-hit status. If Figgy catches me with Ryu's LP Shoryu on AA, for instance, he can follow up with Ryu's EX Hadou, or Shinku, or Ultra Hadou. You may have seen me follow Ken's HP Shoryu on AA with FP Shoryu. Other characters have such juggle opportunities when they connect on AA.

j. = Jump (Not necessary to say direction usually)
cr. = Crouch
xx = Cancel: An interim character between moves when one is canceled to another. For instance you guys certainly know my Sak's:

cr.HP xx EX Senpuu, Upper Shinku Ultra

The Senpuu juggle doesn't link to anything, so notice the use of a comma between moves there.

Links: Links are not cancels, and you can follow up an attack within an incredibly gay timing window. They do lead to some flashy and strong combos, but it's my least favorite mechanic of the game.

Target Combos: What 3D fighters would call preset combos, these are strings of hits that were built to be 'dialed in'. Much more forgiving and fun than links, more rewarding than cancels. The 3rd Strike characters have a lot of these.

I think you'll pick it up pretty easily. It didn't take me long. I'm definitely still weak with my inputs to the right on the stick, but I'm getting better overall. Way better than using a controller or even the SFIV Fight Pad, I think. I'm really curious how these Sanwa parts will feel as opposed to whatever I've been using. I'm guessing a lot of my issues are still straight timing, which would be my problem and not the stick. We will see.

Also decided to stick with a square gate on the joystick for the time being. Since I've been using one for over a year, and I prefer charge characters anyway, I'll probably be ok. It's all in preference anyway.

Nah I got an SE for 15 bucks from Walmart. I've been using a Hori EX2, which has better parts than the shitty stuff the SE came with, but still isn't great. The upgrades cost about 50, so 65 bucks for the stuff in the TE isn't bad at all.

Love my Tekken 5 stick. Not incredibly anal about the parts so this works for my skill level.

Can't imagine using a hexagonal-gate though. Think the arcades here were square-gate too.

My MAME pre-made stick has Happ parts and an octo-gate, and I don't much like it for when I play SSF2T. Have a hard time feeling the edges of the gate.

According to the Paul Gale Network, Capcom considered releasing another version of Street Fighter 3 series after Third Strike before they ended up pushing through with Street Fighter 4.

Capcom's Taki Enomoto mentioned a few of the finer notes the team was going over before they ended up deciding on a direction.

Before Capcom 100% committed themselves to doing Street Fighter 4, they were actually toying around with the idea of making a fourth title in the Street Fighter 3 series and it would have come out in February, 2009 (instead of SF4). The reason being that Capcom already had an overall story to work with, a balance of characters, and gameplay respected by the hardcore fans.

The decision was leaning towards going with 3D graphics from the start, but there was talk of it sticking to 2D drawn artwork like past titles in the series, but also the possibility of going complete 3D… movement and all. Capcom ultimately decided to relaunch and just give the fans what they really wanted: Street Fighter 4 and go with 3D visuals to attract today’s modern gamer, but maintain that classic gameplay from the SF2 series, which was loads more popular amongst the mainstream crowd than SF3.

Wonder how that would have turned out and how things would be different. Would we still have gotten Hakan, Juri, Abel, Seth etc?

I'm hoping they are only Arcade mode bosses and not actually playable characters. I really, really don't think we need any more characters of this style/type and I'm not just saying that because I favour guys like Zangief and Hakan.

We need more variety but I can't see us getting any more characters added to the AE if it's going to be a DLC. I hope we do, though, to compensate for two more Ryu characters and they better not add Charlie.

From a story POV I wanna see where this goes, they certainly teased this in some manner in SF4. Dark Ryu and Shin/Oni Akuma are stables of the Satsui no Hadou plot. Probably means we'll get Charlie after all.

I've just discovered I can pull off a specific and unlikely move in a specific situation. I went out on a limb and randomly tried it during Arcade mode and that's when I found it worked.
I then went into training mode to see if I could pull it off again but I couldn't. I used the same characters in training that I was using in Arcade mode but I don't seem to be able to do it at all.

Is this something to do with frames or something more "advanced" that I don't understand?
If it's frames, any idea how I can learn exactly when to do it?

I then went into training mode to see if I could pull it off again but I couldn't. I used the same characters in training that I was using in Arcade mode but I don't seem to be able to do it at all.

Is this something to do with frames or something more "advanced" that I don't understand?
If it's frames, any idea how I can learn exactly when to do it?

I'll need to know what happened. What did you do, and for what result?

I did a fully charged focus attack on a grounded opponent, did the cancel thing as soon as it hit and pulled off an anti air move on them as they fell to their knees, which connected in Arcade mode.

I've been trying it over and over again in training and I can't reacreate it.

I assume you did Hakan's Ultra where people fall on his belly? Yeah it connects. try it without the cancel up close, but I never did it myself. Got punished with it quite a few times.

If you want to know, It was the Siberian Blizzard. I could pull it off from almost any situation. In the air, as I got up etc. I just couldn't do it after a focus attack. I had tried in the past but assumed it just wasn't possible. Now I discover it is and I want to perfect it so I'll be able to pull it out online whenever I like.

There's been cases where air grabs after FAs connected for certain characters. The size of the crumbling opponent may also effect the outcome.

I thought the size of the character would be a factor, that's why I tried it on Rufus. I remember I grabbed Funky's T.Hawk with it when he was just standing there. Guess they were both just bugs.

I saw videos of a Mokoto bug that causes her to suddenly appear on the other side of her opponent.

I'm probably the only one that does this but I like finding new ways and situations to use a characters Ultras. Some are cool but not very effective like Seths Ex Multiple Shoryuken into his U2 and others are very helpful like Hakans FA into his U2. I just like trying out new situations.

With the recent trailer of Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition that shows off more Yun and Yang gameplay, there’s a little spot at the end that teases us with Evil Ryu and Shin Akuma. A lot of us were wondering if these additions to the arcade version would see a console release via DLC and just like how Yoshinori Ono in this story made it his mission to try and get Yun and Yang into the HD console versions, it looks like the same attempt is going into brining over Shin Akuma and Evil Ryu.

According to one of my friends within Capcom, it’s the 3DS version of Super Street Fighter IV that will definitely have all characters in it, since that game is still in development. My source also revealed to me that Capcom may even include one new character in SSF4:3DE. Lips are tight in regards to whether the new character (if included) will be from an existing Street Fighter game or new altogether for the series. For now, here’s to seeing some Evil Ryu and Shin Akuma in action.

They would need two to even out the character select screen. They have Yun at one side and Yang at the other and I'm assuming they'll do the same with Evil Ryu and Shin Akuma but that would leave space for two more people.

I'm hoping it's interesting characters. Alex, Hugo, Poison, Birdie, Eagle, Ono's mum just anyone that's interesting and different. I'm not even caring who it is anymore because my picks of Mika, Rolento, Q & Sodom are not going to be in so I just want someone interesting and no Charlie or any other clones like Violent Ken or Bulimic Rufus or whatever.

I wonder what a Create-A-Fighter would be like in SSFIV. Soul Calibur and Mortal Kombat have done it, why hasn't Street Fighter? If anyone could pull it off right, it's Capcom.

The closest they came was the spirte colour editor in CvS2 which I never really used.

It could be pretty simple yet indepth as well. We select a body type, alter it slightly and apply hair, clothing, tattoos, scars or whatever else.

Then assign moves and inputs from a selection. Maybe allowing slight modifications such as changing the angle of a hadouken so it gentley curves upwards or making a Spiral Arrow that went totally vertical.

Utras would be cool to mix and match, creating whole new ones. For example, starting with Abels U1 which ends not with the throw but with the last kick from Guiles U1 that sends you into the air, finishing up with the electricution from Vipers U2. If they went "all out" they could have some original pieces for us to use.

Then we just select what grunts/screams best suits the character (no actual speech) and, if we wish, type up a victory quote for each opponent for wins in Arcade mode/Versus.

It'll never happen but I would have really liked to have seen it and I'd have gotten alot of use out of it.

Just a random little idea of mine.

I have an idea of how create-a-fighter could work in a 2D engine, but I rather not share that [here]. You're on the money, but my concept factors in priorities move that cross-matches with a ratio system that would take HP into consideration.

This sort of thing would need to be done in a whole new fighter, though. SSF4 is much too restrictive.

There was a game called Fighter Maker on the PS2 that allowed someone to create their own fighting game with programmable moves but it was in 3D and not 2D style and perspective.

Same company also ended up creating RPG Maker but neither game was that great to begin with.

I spent 24hrs in RPG Maker 2 making 15mins of gameplay.

Epic, detailed gameplay.

Never messed with Fighter Maker for a long enough time, but the options were weak from what I explored. The concept was too much for the console. They should have tried again.

I had the first RPG maker for the PS1 imported. I enjoyed it but never actually made any complete games. I did try to make my own primitive Pacman game using the tools.

I heard of Fighter Maker and always wanted to try it but never got it.

Whatever happened to these creative games? I loved them. Music 2000, RPG maker, Fighter Maker etc.

It's all Space Marines and WW2 these days.

That's not the story I heard.
They (Capcom Europe) said before SSFIV even released that the anime wouldn't make it outside of Japan because the LE of the regular SFIV didn't sell well (even though every shop and site I visted was constantly sold out. I had pre ordered, luckily).

When people found this out, everyone kept asking over and over again for the anime to be released outside Japan. Capcom then said it wasn't being released because of "legal" issues.

I'm pretty surprised myself that I'm saying this, but Super Street Fighter IV 3D Edition was one of the best examples of 3D I saw at Nintendo World. The game uses 3D in three ways, and they all work brilliantly.

Most superficially, there's the added depth the 3D effect provides for non-gameplay screens. The character select screen, for example, looks like it's layered, with your character artwork on one layer, the character selection icons on another layer, the text on another layer, the world map on the far back layer, and so-forth. It's a cool effect that has to be seen. The game uses similar layering effects for all the splash screens.

3D is also put to excellent use during combat, even when viewing the action from the traditional side view perspective. The stages I played had a tremendous feeling of depth. As with the layering effects, this is all just for show, but it looks utterly cool.

Finally, and this was most surprising for me, the game's new over-the-shoulder view, referred to officially as "Dynamic View," is actually playable thanks to the use of 3D. To play this mode, you have to separate your senses from the fact that the action is tilted into the screen and play just like you would when playing in 2D. This proves to not be difficult, as the gameplay is still strictly 2D.

With 3D turned on, this viewpoint works, although I'm not sure if I'd necessarily want to play the game in this fashion all the time. I tried the mode with the 3D turned off, though, and found it to be totally unplayable, presumably because of difficulties judging depth. It looks like Dynamic View really depends on the 3D effect, making it unique amongst most of the 3DS games at Nintendo World.

The Nintendo World demo had you select between the Dynamic View mode and the Normal View mode at the demo's start, before going through character select. It's unclear if Capcom will let you more easily toggle between the two views -- perhaps by going into the pause menu. The two views do appear to be interchangeable. During internet play, one player can use the traditional view while the other uses the Dynamic View.

Outside of the viewpoint options and the general coolness resulting from the 3D, Super SFIV 3D Edition looks and plays just like its counterparts on other systems. Of course, the 3DS's control layout may cause concern for some. I didn't have any trouble, but I'm admittedly not a hardcore fighting game player.

During the fight, the bottom screen shows panels with pre-assigned moves and special moves. You can tap these panels to get difficult moves out easily. Of course, this is strictly optional. Based off the trailer Capcom showed at the event, the panel system appears to be in place to allow for beginner players to more easily challenge advanced players.

The Nintendo World build had arcade and story modes available for play. Story mode shows fully voiced animation on the top screen prior to fights.

The event trailer made mention of additional features like the "Channel Live" live viewing mode and download play. Download play sounds particularly generous, as people who've downloaded the game can share it with others as well.

I'm not sure if it's an MT Framework thing, but Resident Evil Revelations and Super Street Fighter IV (both MT Framework titles) had the smoothest 3D visuals amongst the Nintendo World games that I played (and I played most of the big ones). This is impressive for Super SFIV in particular, as its gameplay is strictly 2D, even in the Dynamic View mode where 3D view support is essential.

Super SFIV has been out on consoles for some time now and is now out in arcades as well. But fighting fans will still want to give the new 3D edition a look when it launches with the 3DS next month.

Looks good for a handheld game. Would look much better on the actual 3DS, I'd imagine. I've preordered this along with the 3DS. I want OoT but there's no sign of it on the GAME website and I don't think I could afford both at once along with a 3DS.

I'm really hoping I get some use out of SSFIV3DE's other features like the trophy battle etc. I can't see it, myself.

Am I understanding this right, at 1:38, the boy sends his friend the game signal to play the game with just one card. Presumabley the boy sending the signal is the one with the card. Then the 3rd friend comes over and the boy sends the signal to her and then leaves the two friends playing without either of them having the card, right?

Just so I know, who is planning to get this for the 3DS. I want to know if I'll be going aginst random people or you guys.

Also, I recently discovered a secret pocket in my coat after having it for just over 2 years. I can fit my old original DS in the pocket easily. It has a zip and is in a position that no one can reach without me noticing.
Looks like I can use the Street Pass functions of SSFIV3D and my 3DS in general without fear of it being stolen after all.

I can see there being another "shortage" like they had with the Wii. The DS sold really well so, once they start promoting the 3DS and point out how it's a DS but better and in 3D, I can see everyone wanting one.

Some DS games had voice chat so I can't see why not. Might be friends only, but I have no problem with that.

Although you can assign things to the touch screen like one touch Ultras and the like, you can go into "Pro Mode" online which will not map Specials/Supers/Ultras to the screen. Good compromise.

Some think it's confirmation that Hugo is another DLC character for the AE DLC while others think it's just there because he's in the background of the Metro City stage. I think the DLC option seems more likely. A new grappler for me!

I wonder if they'll have another new character somewhere. We got Yun and Yang and then we got Evil Ryu and Shin Akuma so, following that pattern, we would eventually get an official reveal of Hugo and someone else, wouldn't we?

Another pattern is that the two characters are connected in game. Yun and Yang are a team, Evil Ryu and Shin Akuma are obviously involved storywise (right?) so it would probably be someone relating to Hugo. Either Poison or Alex, then, I'd say.

Gouken is so massive because he is ONI, he's just been able to control it. Alums just wants to use it's full potential no matter how unstable and Ryu is technically just on the level of Akuma, although seeing parts of that video may mean he's at least Shin now.

Oni Akuma

• People are comparing Oni more to Gouken than to Akuma. He looks slower and his sweep is different from Akuma's. Regular fireballs don't travel full screen (don't know the strength of the punch button, though, but Red Fireball like ones do travel full screen). His air dash seem to have some recovery, too.

• Has a new teleport/air dash move by doing quarter-circle back + 3x Punches.

• Very low health, some people are speculating the same as Akuma, 850.

• His 'Gouken Palm' special crosses up and it might be fireball invincible.

• Ultra 2 is Akuma's Ground Pound Super Art (Kongou Kokuretsu Zan) from Third Strike. Looks to have the same command, too. Down, Down + 3x Punch.

Evil Ryu

• Evil Ryu's most closely resembles Akuma in Super Street Fighter 4 Arcade Edition. Many of their moves are very similar. A few examples: Far Standing Hard Punch is the same, Crouching Hard Kick (sweep) is slightly slower, Hurricane Kick can juggle into a Shoryuken and it doesn't break armor.

• Akuma's Fireball, Red Fireball, Shoryuken, Hurricane Kick, Demon Flip and Teleport all look to be pretty close to what Evil Ryu can do. It looks like the major tricks Akuma can perform, like cross up Hurricane Kicks and Demon Flip traps, so can Evil Ryu.

• Has a new special move, appears to be quarter-circle forward + Hard Kick. This performs an Axe Kick with an exaggerated animation.

• He definitely has low health (stamina), probably some where around Akuma's, I'd guess 850.

• Evil Ryu's Crouching Medium Kick is like the one in Third Strike.

• His Super is a Raging Demon.

• Ultra 1 is a souped up Fireball. This mostly closely resembles normal Gouken's Ultra 2, as it appears that you can charge it up and then release it.

• Toward + Medium Kick does a lunging Hop Kick, but it doesn't hit overhead.

Watching the stream and I'm gonna make a call;

Oni Akuma is the most powerful character in SF canon. Stronger than Oro (using both arms), stronger than Gill, stronger than Shin Bison, stronger than Akuma's own Shin form. His animations are terrifying. His fight intro shows him breaking off his signature beads and the beads orbit him a bit. Crazy. You must see his new Mountain Breaker. He should have been put in MvC3 as a cross-promotion thing.

Ryu has this hole in his chest so people are assuming Akuma did something to make Ryu go crazy. His animations look more like SNK's Riot of the Blood than Dark Hadou. He has Denjin Hadoken (same as Gouken) and a suped up Shoryu-Reppa as Ultras.

Well I use Akuma a lot (or did before Ibuki) and the style is looking so different that it's a brand new character more than anything. Sooooo glad the ground pound is back though.

Evil Ryu is essentially Akuma with some tweaks, so it'd be more likely I'd go that way.

I'd hazard a guess Evil Ryu is better than Akuma. That axe kick/stomp thing looks as useful as Makoto's chop (especially EX version).

Find it interesting Japan is calling Ryu 'Evil' instead of 'Dark' or 'Killing Intent'. Guess it lessens confusion. I could be reading it wrong, though.

A lot of people are hating on the idea of two more shotos, even though one if barely a shoto per se and E.Ryu seems like a fine addition according to players. Not to mention they've got more coverage in 24hrs than Yun/Yang did when AE came out.

The character select screen seems to show an obvious two slots left, and I would take a look at that tweet from Ono hinting at two from a set of fighters could be in. One may very well be Hugo. So if there's a 'theme' with the characters added; Yun and Yang are twins, Oni and E.Ryu from the Dark Hadou plot, then Hugo could be joined by his 3s rival Alex. Or be joined by another Third Striker in general (Elena). Or the pair will be split between 3s and Alpha reps (Rolento or Karin).

There is no reason to believe Poison would be added. I don't really know why people believe that so badly.

As I said before, there clearly is a theme to the characters. They come in two and are linked somehow.

Hugo is cleary one of the last two so it's likely that Alex will be the other one. I'd personally like Rolento, R.Mika, Sodom, Birdie (you'll be noticing a pattern here), Q or Poison as a "new character".

People think Poison could be added because she had a moveset and eveything thought up for some fighting game that was cancelled so it's just a case of transfering them to SSFIV plus she's linked to Hugo so it would fit with the theme. The DLC lacks anything resembling a female so Poison would even that out a bit.

Poison is unlikely though because Ono said ages ago that due to the "confusion" over her gender it would be too difficult to put her into a SF game. Retcon her back to a female, like she was always supposed to be and everything is fine. No confusion. The only reason there was the confusion was because everyone was uptight about hitting women in games. It's fine now, so you can retcon that or whatever.

Elena, R.Mika and Rolento have all be said by Ono not to be in for varying reasons. So it's probably going to be Alex.

All Evil Ryu and Oni Akuma videos are being deleted, some accounts are being suspended for them aswell.

Apparantly they were not supposed to be revealed yet and it's likely they were unlocked by a password or something. Ono spoke about them on his Twitter and got in trouble for doing so. Or so says Eventhubs.

I don't see what the big deal is. They revealed them already, it's not like two completely secret characters were leaked.

Well if you consider they just appeared with no official character trailers and out of schedule then I can understand why that would bother Capcom. Don't see why Ono would get chewed out, not like he gave the arcade code away. Whoever did probably spilled the XBLive achievements for them as well.

They should jump on damage control and get those trailers out, but most likely they'll ask arcade operators to reset there units and lock them again. It's a lot of free buzz and people were very excited for them.

Would have been cool if they added an exclusive character like KARIN or somebody as added incentive. Though I would have went with Juni/Juli or Sean with most of their assets already in their (Juni/Juli can have Cammy's body and Sean can use a modified shoto body). Then it's just new animations, voice work, music, and a wee bit more. game's stacked as it is, just thinking up added stuff.

I'm surprised it's Bison at the top of the box. I'd have thought it would have been Seth and/or Juri.

Any character they added as incentive would have had to have been added to the console versions or people would complain, missing the whole point of an incentive.
They could have an incentive in the form of giving the 3DS version the AE DLC before the consoles get it, if 3DS gets DLC. Thats my suggestion for an incentive, no proof or anything suggesting they'd do that.

Aaaaaaand that's exactly what went down today. Capcom has 'asked' arcade owners to re-lock Oni and E.Ryu. Guess we'll have to wait for official reveals in the future.

Pretty sure Capcom won't be locking characters in arcades in the future, they'll go and embrace the arcade DLC network that SNK and others took to.

I hate the shoulder 'triggers' on the PS3 controller. Everything else is great, but jumping with a random HP or HK pisses me off.
