Wrong. They've done no harm, if anything they were played on their deviant desires. Does that make them a pedo? I suppose, they do have issues. Should pedos be arrested without them actually harming anyone? No. What you speak of isn't justice, but disgust. And I'm with you as far as that goes, but we can't honestly toss people in jail cause we're digusted.

Unfortunately yes. We can't see the future and investigators would love to stop heinous shit before it goes down, but we simply do not have the right to point and say, "Yeah, he would have done it anyway." Even if a staged set-up reveals as much. Should something be done? Yeah, maybe surveillance or something like probation check ups. But not lock up, they've yet to prove danger to society.

He obviously is out to do just that if he is PMing girls he thinks is 13 and trying to come over when their parents aren't home to do this stuff he's gone into detail about.

Except there was no girl, only a character.
