Getting five stars when you go anywhere near Area 69 is LAME. You forget about it, and when you're flying in a plane right over it, you get five stars. It sucks.

A cool part, though, is the SMA firing rockets at CJ whenever he's in range of the area. I couldn't find the room to turn it off in the Black Project mission, so it stays on.

Actually, I just avoided all the chaos and drove around the blockade to the left. I killed him even before he had a chance to get in the helicopter.

The Biker gear is dissapointing IMO. I spent like half an hour beating people up so that I could purchase all of the pieces and I was so fucking dissapointed at the end. The pants look like normal pants and the boots look as if they belong to Santa.

Up to the Reuniting the Families mission - actually reached it ages ago but I'm taking my time, trying to get as much out of Los Santos as possible. Have taken over 70% of the territories :cool:

The train missions are on the trains. Just go to a train station and either wait or whatever but get in one and press R3. I don't think you can get the icons off in schools though.

Another thing, is there a way to stop muscle from going down so much when sprinting? :mad:Chances are that you don't have any fat. So instead of burning fat when you run or are hungry, you burn muscle. Go to any food place and down 5 or 6 of their biggest meals. It's just enough to last you for a few days and also doesn't change body appearance. :y:

That flight school was a piece of piss, I did all 10 missions in like 15-20 minutes. Mad easy. Beat all of the plane missions and got the asset, the jetpack is the greatest thing in the game so far, and parachuting is so much fun, loving the game now.

Can you only get vehicle skills by driving at fast speeds/long distances?

Also (without any spoilers), do you get to buy the Rocket Launcher/Minigun/Flamethrower from Ammunation or elsewhere? If so, when? :o

I found a SlamVan for the first time yesterday. I was way over in Rodeo and was trying to make it back to the garage to see what all the fuss was about. I had a 3 star wanted level already so I wasn't really able to take my time, not to mention I was driving through Ballaz territory the whole time. Anyway, long story short, I caught fire and blew up right in front of the garage :(

I have started the game over again because the basketballs disappeared and I cannot use the gym anymore :| so I am hunting down what cause this glitch, so far I am just dicking around in Los Santos because I already know what happens, I want to hear in what ways the WCTR changes at the start the news is about the cop that tenpenny kills and dumps you for. a guy that is suing a fairground for selling him weapons.. yeah :|

anyway things are good at the start, I have located 70 of the 100 tags so far, I have figured out that if you eat and get a bit of fat on you, you can run/swim/ride a bike to gain muscle :eek: , what else... oh yes, I nailed an awesome 360 bunny hop off the Mulholland Intersection. :cool:

It just doesn't work with the game though. GTA doesn't have a root menu where you can select different things, it just puts you in the game. This game, more then ever, follows a story through the whole time. Just being able to pause and go back in time wouldn't make sense. Maybe once they put it online and possibly have a root menu then I could see it, but other then that I'm glad they left it out.

Yeah the third mission for Zero was the best even though I was starting to get pissed off with him telling me what to do as if I were a slave toward the end.

I think people have gotten use to the idea of doing anything you want at anytime you want because of all those type of games that have come out. Three major games similar to that came out so they kept the public entertained. These games were The Getaway, True Crime, and Driv3r. They may have been dissapointing but I still feel that they had an affect on our enjoyment of GTA. But maybe I enjoyed Vice more simply because it was the first GTA that I had ever played. The main thing that I think is good about SA is the countryside and all the things you can do with the different areas.

Beat the driving school and you'll have to do a few missions for the garage again. At one point the guy that told you about the school will call you up and request that you purchase the property 'cause it'll make you guys look better.

Rockstar should have put a side mission type thing where you do missions/killing for Toreno, a kind of special ops type of thing around san andreas, then if you do them you get the weapons at his shack...

Show at her house between 14:00 and 18:00. She was there for me.

Also, for the Paramedic missions, I forgot the name of the town, unfortunately. But there is a town in the countryside that's incredibly small which has a hospital. I would've completed Level 12 Paramedic there without any sort of fuss had I not retardedly driven into a small pond when I got cocky. But, it's the best place to do the Paramedic missions.

They'll appear right after you're done working for Mike. You stop working for him near the mission called End Of The Line. Too bad you can't carry more than one of his weapons at a time.

I tried a different strategy this time. I blew up the car outside the factory with my rocket launcher and then went inside.

Shot the rocket launcher in various places, wiping out most of the guards and still having 100% health and about 80% body armor.

Then, the dick with the shotgun reduces my health to 0 in about 4 shots. I kill him, and walk around killing the remaining guards, still with close to 100% health.

I start blasting the machines. A guard shoots me midway through, I kill him.

Then I kill one last guard and destroy the final machine so I think, "YESSSSS I finally did it."

But NO. They tell me I have to go back to the casino to end the mission, and of course about 18,000 guards suddenly managed to get into the factory unnoticed, they shoot tme to death, I lose. :| :mad:

Do I just suck at this game or did anyone else have problems with this mission?</font>

Drive behind the car in front of the entrance with armor and full health and hide behind it until it catches fire. Crouch behind objects like this and you'll do ok. Also use an m4.

You must just be shit at shootouts, an M4 with full weapon skill is easily enough to take everyone out without a problem.

After you kill all the machines, just crouch in a safe place and pick everyone off, have patience and be a nice distance away so you don't get shot, and you can reach them with the M4.

I think they should make a GTA: Florida and put Vice City back in the game. I think everbody enjoyed Vice City and we could enjoy all the underwater area in the game. They could also make another city similar to Orlando since that has a whole bunch of theme parks. It would be fun to do a rampage in the game. They could also make some towns between the two cities because there seem to be tons of towns here in Florida. Most of them have lots of farms so it would be cool to do that. I think it could turn out really good as long as they make it take place in the present since it would be kinda stupid if Vice City was completely the same to the eighties version.

I wouldn't be surprised if they made a GTA that has Liberty City, San Andreas, and Vice City since the PS3 will be much stronger than the PS2. I still find it hard to believe that they could make such a big game for the PS2.

But San Andreas is made up of 3 cities and a whole block of countryside so I think it would turn out good. It would be fun IMO to fly to Vice City or Liberty City and see how things changed. And knowing Rockstar they'd probably add a completely new city.

It's next to the big airplane near the two Shamals. You can enter the LS airport by putting a car near the wall and climbing over the wall. Try and do this next to the gate since there's a dodo right next to the entrance. You'll get your pilots liscense as the games goes on so you will not always have to do this.

Almost did Vertical Bird. When I set off the alarm early, I figured I'd be dead, but it was really simple. There should be more guards to shoot. Even with the alarm, I only killed like four or five guards. I fucked up when I tried to fly the Hydra and slammed it into the wall straight ahead. Controls are fucked up.

When it says "swivel the right analog stick down for takeoff and landing, and swivel it up for forward thrust," do I have to hold it in these position while also controlling the left analog stick? Or do I only have to swivel it once, and it will stay there until I swivel it another way?

I just said swivel a lot.

You old it up or down for a few seconds until the screen like flinches (you'll know what I'm talking about when it happens) then you can start flying forward.

Airstrip- N.O.E: I suck at this mission because I keep hitting things and find it difficult to stay low without hitting anything sometimes. Pretty hard.

Casino- Whichever one comes after "Madd Dogg" (I haven't tried yet).

C.R.A.S.H- Misappropriation: Only tried this one twice and failed both times for different reasons. The first was because I didn't realize I couldn't fly over the restricted area and got shot down by missiles. The second was because it was dark when we landed on the Helipad, and I ended up falling off the building and landing some ways down on the stairs that I was looking for. I should be able to pass this one next time provided I don't make another mistake.</font>

For N.O.E. Take off facing away from your safehouse. Once you're in the air, bank right and head toward the ocean. You can fly all the way around right into the corona easily without obstacles flying over the ocean. Take the ocean back, too.

For Misappropriation, it's really tough, so I just took my jetpack over, and didn't come close enough to be spotted. But as you approach the entrance, go around to the left side. Make sure you're out of view and land behind the two helicopters on the mountain. Crouch down and crawl in until you're close enough to shoot the target with your M4. All you have to do is walk over the dossier to get it and end the mission, and you have two nice helicopters to choose from to escape the military.

I'm thinking about creating a new file since I wouldn't mind redoing some of the early missions since they were all about getting the gang respect.

My CJ got fat but then I got tired of seeing him waddle so I went to the gym and now it always says that I've reached my limit whenever I try to get on the bike or lift weights! Apparently this is a glitch that everbody has been going through after they beat the storyline. I've also heard that no more basketballs appear on the courts after the storyline is over. DAMN GLITCHES! :mad:

Exercise is a another way to gain/lose weight/muscle. If you want to gain muscle, have soem fat on you and go bike riding/swimming/running you will turn Fat into muscle, if you want to lose fat, do the same thing except don't eat anything and keep riding that bike. if you want to lose muscle, have no body fat and run/swim/ride a bike and you will lose muscle.

the basketball is good times, that glitch sucks, but I plan to findout what causes it, maybe missions have to be done in a order.

There is one to the left of CJ's house (left while facing the house) in a side area, look for a half fence across.

There is a huge basketball court south of the stadium in LS, keep going south untill you see it, it's south of the unit blocks that are south of the stadium :D

Go to Millie's house between 14:00 and 18:00. Take her out on a date and kill her. Get the keycard, and a pretty funny phone call.

A Home in the Hills features the most shooting you've done so far in a mission, by far. Lots of guards. Make sure before you go into the mansion, to get the body armor on the roof near the two tanks, or whatever they are. Also, when you shoot in the hallway, one of the rooms has body armor. Make sure you get it, it really helps.
