Honestly, I found myself getting better at the game by prestiging. I would start to get stale using the same 'better' weapons/attachments for so long, so I'd prestige and make it all fresh again being forced to use other weapons. Then by the time I got to the better weapons, I'd be just a little bit better at the game.

Got bored of prestiging after a couple though. Dont even remember how many times I did it.. less than 5 I know.

It's the most frustrating game ever though when there is only one spot left to take. The entire enemy team will simply camp around the bomb, usually with noob tubes. Not that I blame them, but it's pretty much insurmountable. Depending on the map.

Just finished a Demolition game on Terminal. Point A never got detonated once during the entire game. Went into overtime and unfortunately I was stuck on offense. I actually managed to plant the bomb like 3 times only for my retarded teammates to give me no support in defending it. And the one time they finally got their shit together near the end, the enemies wiped the floor with them and they all respawned far away from the target. Bomb was reset with like 2 seconds to go. :mad: Wound up with like 10 kills and 40 deaths, but still had the third highest score on the team due to constantly getting to the bomb. The two guys with higher scores than me were trying to rack up kills and nothing more.</font>

I seem to get team killed a lot more than average I've recently noticed. I'm usually super careful when playing hardcore. Will check with team before throwing grenades into bunkers, never use noob tubes, will wait out a shot if I think a team mate is in my way etc. I just wish I could say the same for my buddies that I play with. Assholes are always OMA spamming tubes carelessly, shooting me in the back, and shooting me when I'm hiding behind cover trying to get some kills, because my name doesn't show up(never mind the fact I'm facing towards where the enemy is flooding out).

Ahh I just wanted to get that rant off my chest. Still is a super fun game mode and I would be lying if I said I didn't kill a team mate every now and then while playing really cautious.

In a stroke of exceptionally bad luck for SNK, a glitch has been discovered that unlocks free access to the full versions of five of the publisher's XBLA games for users who already have the demos on their hard drives. To make it worse, the glitch occurs within Modern Warfare 2 (a game that bajillons of Xbox 360 owners already have) -- or its recent demo (which is freely available).

Somehow, running Modern Warfare 2 coincidentally fools the system into thinking it's authorized to temporarily unlock full versions of Garou: Mark of the Wolves, The King of Fighters '98 Ultimate Match, Metal Slug 3, Metal Slug XX, and Samurai Shodown II. Joystiq tested the exploit with Garou and KOF '98, and can verify that it works. For now, at least.

We're certain this issue will be patched by one of the three affected parties -- SNK Playmore, Activision, or Microsoft -- in the near future, now that it's known. In the meantime, just because you can get these games for free doesn't mean you aren't a major jerk for doing so.

All too often now the enemy team will not even bother protecting the objectives in favor of trying to spawn trap. The points should be somewhat random too. You know spawning is predictable when the entire enemy team can form a wall around your spawn point and not once will the game spawn you elsewhere.

I don't mind the concept of killstreak rewards, but some of them obviously need to be nerfed. Rarely does anybody get a nuke nowadays without using the chopper gunner or AC130. Make it so that you can't use one of those and still get a nuke or something.</font>

When the game ended everyone in the games clantags were switched to FAG and everyone lost all their emblems and titles as well as all the challenges being reset. When you look at the guys profile who did it it mentions if you go to a website and fill out five surveys he will return it back to normal.

Anyone know about this? I want my shit back but I dont wanna fill those surveys out thinking that this may be some cheap way for him to get info.

Didn't realize there was an extra 'mission' so to speak. After you beat campaign, you can go to select mission, and The Museum is unlocked. You can ring the bell on each of the desks, and all the people come to life and start shooting at you. It is fucking insanely hard. Don't think you get anything for beating it (I haven't), but yeah.. was just kinda like "Oh.. hey.. this is cool.. WOAH HOLY @$%#$&%@*(&% *dead*"

I find it awkward to use on any of the snowy maps, and any other unusually bright maps(quarry). Plus when aiming at someone using cold blooded they appear more as shadows, due to the thermal making everything seem murky. Personally don't think its too much of an advantage.

Heartbeat sensor, aka the 'baby monitor' is fun, because it forces people to use the perk which counters it if they don't want to be affected by it. Coming across an entire team that isn't using ninja is just rofl, because you can get some absolutely ridiculous killstreaks using it and people don't "get it". With the people I played with, a couple of us would have a HB sensor class, and sometimes we'd pop it on and see how many people were or weren't using ninja. Then you tell your buddies, and they switch to it, and it instantly becomes a landslide in your favor.

Played one that was title Global Nuclear cold war....everything was in slow motion and it was kinda like HQ except there is 1 Nuke in the middle of the map and you fight over it..takes a while to cap and if you get killed you dont have to restart capping it. problem is if you leave the room into your own room its still the same so you have to restart your x box.

the way I did it was play domination in groundwar and use claymores in the hallways of highrise to get up to 4 (using OMA) while camping under the stairs. I Took a risk, went into the hallway got my fifth kill by shooting. Ran back under stairs to use predator missile, got 3 kills from that then used harriers and got like 16. Changed class to sniper so i could not be seen by anything and hid in the room with the boxes on the floor.

Put the sentry gun on a high, possibly not easily accessible spot so it covers the as much of the map as possible and try to have the back facing where your teammates are.

Brutal place to put it is on the helipad on Highrise, you can't get out the tower without being shot at.

I had a triple kill win once where the final score was 7500-7400. Snuck up behind two jiggas, unloaded my remaining bullets on them, then just ran like a wild man towards a guy and KNIFED his ass.

I dont really ever see to many Noob tubes unless I play ground war or TDM. I dunno about sabotage I only play that on Hardcore.

Got like 7 kills in under a minute on strike. Was in one of the 2 story buildings, and guys just kept coming, looking for me. Got about 9 kills before they smartened up and came thre at once.

Had an epic moment earlier, came into the building with the super long hallways from the alley on Skidrow and saw movement at the end. I fire my silenced UMP and get a double kill as I am slowly walking forward, run out of ammo but alas.

An AK on the floor, pick it up and it has half a clip, start firing and down another guy.

By this time I got to the first two bodies I killed and pick up an intervention and quickscope a guy coming at me from behind.

Times like those I wish you could save your gameplay.
