The Falcons are just awful. Losing by being drawn offsides on a 4th and 1 is the kind of shit I'm going to have to deal with for the rest of the year watching this team. Too many missed opportunities, and the offense just isn't there. Not looking forward to how bad the Falcons are going to lose badly in front of my eyes in two weeks to GB.

Panthers win the monsoon bowl. So guys, who is the top WR in this years upcoming draft?
Blackmon from Okla St
He's probably best since Calvin Johnson came out. Probably getting drafted by the Colts after Bill Polian botches the number one pick by trading it, instead of picking Luck.
Requiem
09-26-2011, 12:19 PM
Feel like Painter did really well even with the fumble. The fact that he got something going after just being thrown in toward the end was still respectable. Was actually happy to see him for once when they put him in.
Also, isn't Chris Polian in charge now? Think it was his picks that they drafted this year. Know they said it was his job to find Manning's replacement now. So who knows, I'm sure they're not ignoring Luck's potential.
Supreme Olajuwon
09-26-2011, 12:51 PM
Panthers win the monsoon bowl. So guys, who is the top WR in this years upcoming draft?
Justin Blackmon should be and I think he'll be the best pro, but there's also Michael Floyd from Notre Dame who is 6'3 225 and Alshon Jeffery from South Carolina who is 6'4 230. Blackmon is I think only 6' so that might lower his draft stock.

My Betting Picks Week 4 (Last week (http://www.tpww.net/forums/showpost.php?p=3635794&postcount=705) 4-12 ATS, Season 14-30-4 ATS)
First of all if I do as bad again this week as I did last week I dont think Im gonna keep this going. But anyway..
Saints -7 @ Jaguars [could get ugly, really ugly..]
Lions +1 @ Cowboys [dont know how anyone except Cowboy homers who are blind could take the Cowboys after their performance on MNF.]
49ers +10 @ Eagles [Vick says he's playing, I say the 49ers will probably pull of the upset, LOCK OF THE WEEK (0-2 Season ATS)]
Redskins -1 @ Rams [No matter how bad they Redskins looked on MNF, they're still miles ahead of the Rams.]
Browns Pick-em vs Titans
Bills -3 @ Bengals [This is a huge let down spot for the Bills, but how can you trust the Bengals here..you can't.]
[B]Chiefs +1.5 vs Vikings [I like the Chiefs to somehow get their first win vs a Vikings defense that collapses in the 2nd half.]
Panthers +6.5 @ Bears [Cam Newton will keep it close again..might even get the Win.]
Texans -3.5 vs Steelers [The Steelers struggles vs the Colts will be magnifyed by a better offensive team.]
Cardinals +1.5 vs Giants [Eli Manning will stink up the desert and the Cardinals will pull out a win.]
Seahawks +4.5 vs Falcons [Give me the great @ home crappy team vs the terrible on the road mediocre team.]
Patriots -4 @ Raiders [Can't see the Patriots losing back to back, though its set up to look like it could happen.]
Packers -13 vs Broncos [A lot of points but this could/should be a pretty easy blowout for the Packers.]
Dolphins +7 @ Chargers [Dolphins are a decent road team, the Chargers haven't impressed anyone so far..can't see the Phins winning but they might keep it close.]
Ravens -3.5 vs Jets [Ive got a feeling it won't be the defensive battle of a game that everyone is expecting..]
Colts +10 vs Buccaneers [As bad as the Colts are, I can't trust the Bucs to cover 10 points at home where they stink (4-13 ATS last 17 games)..can't do it..]
Week 4 Results: 12-4 ATS, Season (26-34-4 ATS) Lock of the Week Season (1-2)

Of course, he only runs the ball because he's terrified of throwing it.

Let's put it this way. Michael Vick is injured and won't be playing against the 9ers this weekend. Normally this would be a ridiculous disadvantage for the Eagles, but Alex Smith is probably slightly worse or equal in talent to the Eagle's second string Quarterback.

Let's put it this way. Michael Vick is injured and won't be playing against the 9ers this weekend. Normally this would be a ridiculous disadvantage for the Eagles, but Alex Smith is probably slightly worse or equal in talent to the Eagle's second string Quarterback.
I still have very little confidence in the 9ers ability to win that game.
Vick is playing this weekend.

My friend was a backup O-lineman at Purdue when Orton was there and he told me one Saturday morning when he was walking to the field he found Orton passed out in the bed of a pickup truck in his underwear. It was like November too and they had a game that afternoon. Seems like a good leader type.

Houston just had one of the dumbest penalties ever. They block a fg, Joseph is running it back and a Houston player blocks the kicker in the back who was out of the play.
Daniel Manning might be the dumbest player ever and I hope they lose because of that.

Truthfully I didn't expect to see him again after the first play. That play was nothing more than a little jab at the people that want him in and the ones that put the billboards up. I mean they put him in to run a draw with like 9 guys on the line. It was nothing more than a little passive aggressive shot.

Outside of Chung, Pats secondary still showing problems although not as bad as previous weeks not counting the "garbage time" TD they gave up easily.
Also shocked that Belichick managed to almost have a balanced offense with how close the rushing was to the passing (about 40 yards shy) and managed to reach well over 100 yards.

Bills game was ugh. Couple of shitty calls coupled with the normal bad defense and a down offensive day equals loss.
I just hate these games. They lost. Get over it. But all I here at work, in stores, on the radio is about he couple of blown calls that "cost the game". Ugh.
There was a Tuck Rule Appearance.
God I hate that stupid rule that flies in the face of all possession rules.
Ball tucked to your chest and Get hit and the ball hits the ground? Fumble.
In the throwing motion and get hit and the ball hits the ground? Incomplete Pass.
In the Throwing Motion, Stop that motion, tuck the ball to your chest? Incomplete pass?
