LOL at Lynch's picture. Looks like it was taken in jail.

SammyG
04-28-2007, 02:21 PM
oh shit, Branch hasnt been selected either huh? Awesome. 3 good players to choose from.

Nervous Ferret
04-28-2007, 02:22 PM
Don't really like Lynch at all really. The Bills are kind of a lost cause, they should have held out for McFadden or Ray Rice next year :shifty:

RP
04-28-2007, 02:22 PM
lol " Marshall chime in here if you want. I love how he gets North to South "

Faulk : " Cant teach that ...."

MTH15
04-28-2007, 02:23 PM
Lol wonder who they will pick.

DrA
04-28-2007, 02:24 PM
I hope Marshawn Lynch likes Dave and Busters, because that's the only thing they have in Buffalo.

RP
04-28-2007, 02:24 PM
Mooch just rolled his eye's as if he wants to punch Marshall Faulk in the face.

Faulk is horrible. I think i prefer Deion.

SammyG
04-28-2007, 02:26 PM
aah 6 mins away.

RP
04-28-2007, 02:27 PM
Its definetly Carriker. He's like Grant Winstrom.

SammyG
04-28-2007, 02:28 PM
Yeah I'm hoping for Carriker

Evil Vito
04-28-2007, 02:31 PM
Giants take Quinn @ #20 and then deal him to the Bears for Briggs and another pick.

RP
04-28-2007, 02:31 PM
Yah they better draft Carriker cause Leonard Little might kill another person soon.

SammyG
04-28-2007, 02:32 PM
Here we go!!!!!!! CARRIKER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

04-28-2007, 02:32 PM

OHHH man if this isnt a good pick, theres gunna be a riot .

RP
04-28-2007, 02:40 PM
Please please let the Jets take the TE. Fires will be started in the stands.

Nervous Ferret
04-28-2007, 02:41 PM
Jets still have another 2nd so it's not a huge deal, gave up a little much though.

SammyG
04-28-2007, 02:43 PM
2 mins away.

Nervous Ferret
04-28-2007, 02:44 PM
Actually kind of rooting for Alan Branch. Other Jets fans won't like it, but we def need to bulk up somewhere up the middle

SammyG
04-28-2007, 02:44 PM
ROFL @ THAT HOBO LOOKING JETS FAN WITH 3 TEETH

MTH15
04-28-2007, 02:44 PM
1 min, they pick....Darrelle Revis

SammyG
04-28-2007, 02:45 PM
Here it comes! And the Jets select.... Revis.

SammyG
04-28-2007, 02:46 PM
Good pick imo

UmbrellaCorporation
04-28-2007, 02:46 PM
Not bad, honestly. I'm surprised.

Nervous Ferret
04-28-2007, 02:46 PM
:-\ Oh well, would have rather waited and taken a Lawrence Timmons and kept our 2 2nd rounders but that is the Jets for you

RP
04-28-2007, 02:46 PM
lol Jets fans boo everything. They're so dumb.

MTH15
04-28-2007, 02:48 PM
Halfway through the first round.

RP
04-28-2007, 02:49 PM
With the 32nd pick in the NFL draft the Indianapolis Colts select...Brady Quinn

UmbrellaCorporation
04-28-2007, 02:51 PM
So apparently Cleveland is trying to call up to get back into the first round for Quinn. Just rumor though.

road doggy dogg
04-28-2007, 03:01 PM

SammyG
04-28-2007, 03:07 PM
lol @ GB

road doggy dogg
04-28-2007, 03:08 PM
lol wow, I'm not used to drafts where the Lions make better picks than most other teams.

RP
04-28-2007, 03:08 PM
Justin Harrell was a projected 2nd rounder.

I wonder if the Jags will take Quinn.

RP
04-28-2007, 03:09 PM
I wonder if the reciever from LSU could fall to Indy.

UmbrellaCorporation
04-28-2007, 03:09 PM
Please let Quinn go to Baltimore. :(

And PLEASE let the Titans do well this year. Home state and all, what.

RP
04-28-2007, 03:13 PM
Someones gunna draft Brady Quinn and when they go to the greenroom to celebrate with him, he'll be hanging from the ceiling fan.

UmbrellaCorporation
04-28-2007, 03:14 PM
Someones gunna draft Brady Quinn and when they go to the greenroom to celebrate with him, he'll be hanging from the ceiling fan.

lol.

RP
04-28-2007, 03:14 PM
I think Miami is officially the worst football team in the league now.

SammyG
04-28-2007, 03:15 PM
With the 18th pick of the 2007 NFL Draft, the Cincinnati Bengals select *Random Criminal*

Skippord
04-28-2007, 03:16 PM
Excellent

Skippord
04-28-2007, 03:16 PM
The Denver Broncos: Have traded Jay Cutler :shifty:

UmbrellaCorporation
04-28-2007, 03:17 PM
I bet when the Bengals do running exercises, they are chased by a police officer to simulate the real experience.

RP
04-28-2007, 03:19 PM
LOL the Broncos just traded 3 picks for 1. Thats rediculous.

UmbrellaCorporation
04-28-2007, 03:20 PM
Jarvis Moss to the Broncos.

RP
04-28-2007, 03:21 PM
Jarvis Moss would have been there at 21. Unreal.

Skippord
04-28-2007, 03:21 PM
Odd trade

UmbrellaCorporation
04-28-2007, 03:22 PM
Time for the Bingeinnati Noringles to pick.

RP
04-28-2007, 03:24 PM
Ok so i'd like to see Goodall come out and say " With the 18th pick of the NFL draft the Cincinnatti Bengals select... Anyone without a criminal record. Then Brady Quinn comes running out with the rope dangeling from his neck which was like 1 minute away from being used. Crowd starts cheering. The Bengals are happy cause he's white and doesnt have a criminal record. And everyone is happy.

UmbrellaCorporation
04-28-2007, 03:26 PM
That would be a storybook ending for the ages.

SammyG
04-28-2007, 03:26 PM
rofl @ Jarvis Moss's picture

RP
04-28-2007, 03:27 PM
Quinn would have cuts on his wrists and neck, waving and smiling.

SammyG
04-28-2007, 03:28 PM
And the Bengals take Leon Hall. Very good pick

UmbrellaCorporation
04-28-2007, 03:28 PM
Leon Hall...

Not bad at all. Good player, no felonies...I think.

Skippord
04-28-2007, 03:28 PM
Figured the Broncos would trade eleven picks there to get Leon Hall

MTH15
04-28-2007, 03:29 PM
Not 1 FS besides Landry selected. Good for the Falcons so far.

Skippord
04-28-2007, 03:29 PM
Leon is going to stab someone

UmbrellaCorporation
04-28-2007, 03:29 PM
Breaking News: Leon Hall arrested for DUI

RP
04-28-2007, 03:29 PM
Brady Quinn is probably beating up his girlfriend right now.

UmbrellaCorporation
04-28-2007, 03:30 PM
Okay, it's Titan time. Whooooo!

Skippord
04-28-2007, 03:30 PM
Tennesee will take Brady Quinn

UmbrellaCorporation
04-28-2007, 03:30 PM
I'm calling Meachem or Bowe for the Titans.

RP
04-28-2007, 03:31 PM
lol Leon Hall is gunna walk outside and be arrested for jaywalking.

RP
04-28-2007, 03:32 PM
OMG OMG BOB SANDERS IS IN THAT UNDERARMOR COMMERCIAL

RP
04-28-2007, 03:32 PM
I SWEAR I SAW HIM

UmbrellaCorporation
04-28-2007, 03:32 PM
Surprised he wasn't arrested right after he was picked. I would figure the Commissioner wouldn't want to take any chances.

UmbrellaCorporation
04-28-2007, 03:33 PM
In all seriousness though, I have no problems with the Bengals at all. I just find that whole felony infested thing to be hilarious for some reason.

RP
04-28-2007, 03:34 PM
Brady Quinn has been killed by Leon Hall.

MTH15
04-28-2007, 03:35 PM
Lol the new one?

UmbrellaCorporation
04-28-2007, 03:36 PM
The Titans Caravan came to my college the other day, and I got Vince Young, Bo Scaife, and two of the Titan cheerleaders to sign stuff for me, got a couple of pictures taken, and talked to them a minute.

Ironically enough, they were having us lock our classroom doors after classes started, due to Virginia Tech. Or so I thought. I firmly believe that we were having to lock our doors because they thought Pac Man Jones was coming to Dyersburg, and we were all afraid for our safety.

RP
04-28-2007, 03:36 PM
Brady Quinn was ruthlessly murder tonight in the greenroom of the NFL draft. Early word is that he took the last cheese and cracker and was brutally stabbed in the juggler by a very angry Leon Hall wearing a Bengals hat.

weather vane
04-28-2007, 03:37 PM
lol

they are now talking about Miami trading up to get Brady Quinn

RP
04-28-2007, 03:38 PM
Leon Hall was heard screaming " THATS MY CHEESE AND CRACKER NUGGGGGGGGGGA "

SammyG
04-28-2007, 03:40 PM
Anyone else thinking that KC is gonna be the one to take Quinn?

SammyG
04-28-2007, 03:41 PM
Titans take Griffin

UmbrellaCorporation
04-28-2007, 03:41 PM
Titans take Michael Griffin, Safety. :meh:

Nervous Ferret
04-28-2007, 03:41 PM
hope the Giants do something stupid :(

UmbrellaCorporation
04-28-2007, 03:41 PM
I hope KC doesn't take Quinn. I'm praying Miami tries to trade up for him and redeem themselves for earlier, or that Baltimore gets him.

KC wouldn't surprise me though.

MTH15
04-28-2007, 03:42 PM
Please Brandon Meriweather or Nelson fall to the Falcons

RP
04-28-2007, 03:44 PM
The New York Giants select Brady Quinn.

RP
04-28-2007, 03:45 PM
they'll probably take Beason

Jesus Shuttlesworth
04-28-2007, 03:45 PM
Leon Hall is gonna suck in the NFL

also, lol@The AFC East Champion Miami Dolphins

MTH15
04-28-2007, 03:45 PM
And then trade him.

Evil Vito
04-28-2007, 03:53 PM
Nice, I'm happy with Aaron Ross

RP
04-28-2007, 03:55 PM
Chris Houston and Beason more then likely headed to the Pats.

I think the Colts my get the kid from Penn St. ( Who is ripped and looks like a beast i might add ). I kinda wanna see them get Staley the tackle.

MTH15
04-28-2007, 03:56 PM
Such a gangster

RP
04-28-2007, 03:58 PM
Indianapolis is gunna get a nice choice of some really good WR's at 32 if they choose to look for a 3rd man to replace Stokley, but i have a feeling they might trade out of the pick.

MTH15
04-28-2007, 04:03 PM
1 more good safety left. Brandon Meriweather. Plz trade falcons

OssMan
04-28-2007, 04:04 PM
The Chiefs might select Brady Quin....Grey's Anatomy is a bad show

RP
04-28-2007, 04:05 PM
Browns are offering a 1st rounder next year and a 3rd rounder this year to the Cowboys for there pick.

MTH15
04-28-2007, 04:08 PM
Trade just happened. Cleveland Browns will get him.

SammyG
04-28-2007, 04:09 PM
Browns trade. Its gotta be Quinn

SammyG
04-28-2007, 04:11 PM
he does NOT look happy

RP
04-28-2007, 04:11 PM
Brady Quinn:love:

RP
04-28-2007, 04:12 PM
What a draft for the Browns, but Cowboys are getting a top 5 pick next year LOL

MTH15
04-28-2007, 04:16 PM
Lol, No Wr's besides Tedd Ginn Jr' and CJ picked yet?

Mr. Monday Morning
04-28-2007, 04:16 PM
Yah they gave up way too much to move back up. Still, guess they got both guys they really wanted, so I doubt they care

RP
04-28-2007, 04:18 PM
I dunno, if the Browns can put it together, they have a really decent team. If Brady Quinn can just have a slightly above average season, they could contend for a playoff spot.

Evil Vito
04-28-2007, 04:19 PM
In retrospect, I wish the Giants would have made the trade with the Browns

Mr. Monday Morning
04-28-2007, 04:19 PM
I just think they're still overmatched. Their defence has holes all over and when you're up against Baltimore, Pittsburgh and Cincinnati you need at least an average defense, which they haven't got.

MTH15
04-28-2007, 04:21 PM
They should draft a WR

RP
04-28-2007, 04:23 PM
I think Quinn will be the best QB to come out of this draft.

UmbrellaCorporation
04-28-2007, 04:23 PM
Quinn didn't look too thrilled about going to Cleveland.

Hell, I know I wouldn't be.

Mr. Monday Morning
04-28-2007, 04:24 PM
I think it's more that he's lost out on $$$$$$

RP
04-28-2007, 04:25 PM
Cheifs probably should take the kid from LSU at WR

KingofOldSchool
04-28-2007, 04:27 PM
I think it's more that he's lost out on $$$$$$

Yeah Quinn grew up around Cleveland and being a Browns fan, he probably just feels slighted that the Browns passed him up at #2.

Mr. Monday Morning
04-28-2007, 04:27 PM
Meriweather probably won't make it past the Pats

Panthers will probably take Olsen, or maybe Beason

Who knows what the hell the Eagles will do

RP
04-28-2007, 04:38 PM
Maybe New England will draft a TE

Mr. Monday Morning
04-28-2007, 04:40 PM
Never mind mth

MTH15
04-28-2007, 04:42 PM
FUCK FUCK FUCK. Our owner must have been dropped on his head as an infant. Passed up 3 good ass safeties. We could have easily traded up. Fuck hes a dumbass

RP
04-28-2007, 04:57 PM
YOU CANT SAY FUCK YOU FUCKING YOU FUCK! Stop

fuck

Mr. Monday Morning
04-28-2007, 05:07 PM
Olsen to the Saints would actually be very scary

Jesus Shuttlesworth
04-28-2007, 05:10 PM
Really thought the Saints where gonna trade the Pats for their pick and draft Olsen. I figured Carolina would want him, and seeing how the Pats picked right before them it made sense but I guess it is gonna end up working out for the Saints

RP
04-28-2007, 05:11 PM
Marshawn Lynch was just shot down in a foiled robbery attempt at the Compton Bling Bank.

SammyG
04-28-2007, 05:12 PM
WHO DAT?

Jesus Shuttlesworth
04-28-2007, 05:17 PM
Went with Meachem...good pick but I would have went with Olsen

I am also a bit surprised to see 3 wideouts getting picked before Dwayne Jarrett

RP
04-28-2007, 05:17 PM
Probably had something to do with Jarrett only running a 4.7 40

Mr. Monday Morning
04-28-2007, 05:19 PM
Trying to think where Olsen will end up now - Panthers might get another shot at him in the 2nd

RP
04-28-2007, 05:21 PM
Wow Alan Branch possibly dropping to Indianapolis? That would be a huge steal.

RP
04-28-2007, 05:22 PM
I bet New England takes the kid from Penn St. Poslunsky

Crimson
04-28-2007, 05:24 PM
wooo Cowboys take Spencer...and we have 2 first rounders next yr. Almost a for sure top 15 pick at the very least.

Jesus Shuttlesworth
04-28-2007, 05:24 PM
Went with Meachem...good pick but I would have went with Olsen
Do you really think the Pats Merriweather pick was the best pick??

I mean you hate on the Saints pick when the Patriots might have not made the best pick ever...

WHO DAT?!!1

Crimson
04-28-2007, 05:24 PM
Pats have traded with niners...

Crimson
04-28-2007, 05:26 PM
I dont understand why the Saints didn't just get Olsen I mean they need a TE don't they? They have some pretty good wr's already.

Mr. Monday Morning
04-28-2007, 05:26 PM
Going for Jarrett?

OssMan
04-28-2007, 05:26 PM
yo i want the giants to trade up and get staley. or posluszny.

Mr. Monday Morning
04-28-2007, 05:26 PM
I dont understand why the Saints didn't just get Olsen I mean they need a TE don't they? They have some pretty good wr's already.

To be fair they signed Eric Johnson on a free - before he picked up so many injuries he was a pretty good receiver

OssMan
04-28-2007, 05:26 PM
niners took staley

RP
04-28-2007, 05:28 PM
Do you really think the Pats Merriweather pick was the best pick??

I mean you hate on the Saints pick when the Patriots might have not made the best pick ever...

WHO DAT?!!1

LOL

RP
04-28-2007, 05:29 PM
The Colts have a serious chance at getting a huge need in Alan Branch if he falls.

WTF HOW DID NEW ENGLAND MANAGE TO GET A 1ST ROUNDER OUT OF SAN FRANSICO??? THIS SHIT IS FIXED!

RP
04-28-2007, 05:30 PM
What in the hell is San Fransico thinking? They better make a fucking helluva run to the playoffs and in the playoffs next year. Jesus.

RP
04-28-2007, 05:32 PM
I dont think Baltimore, San Diego or Chicago need a DT.

Mr. Monday Morning
04-28-2007, 05:33 PM
Depends if Tank Johnson makes it out of the big house

RP
04-28-2007, 05:34 PM
Houston and Branch still there and Indianapolis really needs both.

RP
04-28-2007, 05:35 PM
Branch was rated higher at his position then the 19 year old kid with a weird name, on some boards.

RP
04-28-2007, 05:36 PM
Alot of people had Branch as a early first rounder and some even had him as a possible Top 5.

Jesus Shuttlesworth
04-28-2007, 05:40 PM
Branch is hit or miss though, I heard a lot of talk about him being fat and lazy which I could see

Crimson
04-28-2007, 05:42 PM
Fuckin Pats get ANOTHER 1st rounder. Too much what the niners gave up..a 2nd i understand but a friggin 1st??

Chargers up next..they need lb' and wr..i'd go with LB like Puz but they'll probably go with Jarret

RP
04-28-2007, 05:43 PM
He had his best season last year so i dunno.

RP
04-28-2007, 05:44 PM
But i'm sure the Colt will pick someone totally off the charts that no one expects.

RP
04-28-2007, 05:48 PM
Greg Olson is already putting a Bears hat on. So the Colts are gunna have there choice of two great players that they need. Houston or Branch. But like i said, they'll probably pick someone unexpected. But i trust Polian when it comes to drafting.

Crimson
04-28-2007, 05:52 PM
Craig Davis?? even Steve Smith woulda been better.

Crimson
04-28-2007, 05:52 PM
Olsen and Branch next 2 picks.

Jesus Shuttlesworth
04-28-2007, 06:04 PM
Anyone catch Olsen holding a bottle of unopened Vitamin Water? That company is ruthless with the ambushing marketing lol

RP
04-28-2007, 06:05 PM
No but i caught Marshall Faulk making sexual advances at Brady Quinn.

Jesus Shuttlesworth
04-28-2007, 06:09 PM
I am watching the ESPN coverage, I came home from school for the day so I can't watch NFL Network (only get that shit in my dorm)

RP
04-28-2007, 06:10 PM
It pretty horrible so you arent missing anything. Accept for when Faulk tried to pull Brady Quinns balls out of his pants.

RP
04-28-2007, 06:13 PM
Called it!

RP
04-28-2007, 06:13 PM
Indianapolis will pick one of the following 5 players in the first round of the draft tommorow.

Jon Beason
Anthony Gonzales
Lawrence Timmons
Chris Houston
Robert Meachem

If i was a betting man, i'd say the Colts select Anthony Gonzales with there 32nd pick.

Nervous Ferret
04-28-2007, 06:23 PM
Poz to the Bills

Butch
04-28-2007, 06:44 PM
Eagle's still haven't learned how to draft I see :nono:

A fucking quarterback with a third round grade in the 4th pick of the second, when we already have 3 starting caliber signal callers on the roster. Why not a safety like Weddle?

MTH15
04-28-2007, 06:56 PM
Wow no more good FS's left in the draft. Our managers are crack babies

RP
04-28-2007, 07:27 PM
I think Billy King and Isaiah Thomas would have picked Quinn over Ginn. LOL the Dolphins crack me up. I guess losing organizations make losing decisions. Remember when they where close to challenging the Patriots a couple years ago? LMAO. Now they'll have to wait 5-10 more years. I hope Brady Quinn rips this league apart and goes to like 7 Pro bowls and wins the Browns a championship. So that i can feel this level of laughter every season when i watch the Dolphins play a football game. I know it wont help anything, but it think the Dolphin fans should organize a massive get together at there stadiums ticket office and line up to have there season tickets canceled. In the last 3 hours the Dolphins have managed to do the impossible. That is, replace the Detroit Lions as the most pathetic football franchise in the NFL. And they had to leap frog a couple of teams before they could even reach Detroit. Then they leaped Detroit. Amazing. Sucks to be a Dolphin fan.

yeah, Vick didn't live there, his Cousin who got busted for Drugs (which is what lead police to get the search warrant) . The cousin was dealing weed, I doubt he had the money for all this. Also, it's being reported his name had been tied to dog fighting before. Vick continues to prove he's an idiot, and if any charges are pressed against him, I assume he's done for at least 8 weeks if not the whole season. The reason for those short and medium routes is cause we did not have a consistent deep WR after we lost Branch. We had Gaffney in the playoffs, but that only got us so far. This year with Moss and Stollworth we can actually afford some diversity in our passing plays.

It's a good risk, it cost a 4th rounder and the Pats are the only team he was willing to go to that he would re-do his contract.

The Pats have a great vet core and he'll be kept in line, plus Moss has a history of playing well when he has a chance of winning.

The worst case, he becomes a cancer and the Pats cut him, I'm willing to risk a 4th round pick on that.

Moss, Stallworth, Welker, best WR core the Pats have possible ever had, going back to the days of Fryer & Morgan.

I'll give you the "he could become a cancer" but if he does, the pats will cut him, I honestly don't think it will happen, not this year, now, 2-3yrs down the road I won't take that bet :) but this year I think he'll be fine.

As for the routes, the offense will always adjust to the players.

If he becomes a cancer it will most likely set your team back a year. Also, its just hilarious how they chose him over Deion Branch. And the fact that he's a go route WR ( and thats basically all he is ) and the fact that the Pats run a spread offense. Very funny. But hey, you'll figure that out the first time he's asked to run a 7 yard in route and shorts arms a dropped pass over the middle.

If theres one reciever that absolutely doesnt fit what the Pats are doing, its Moss. Which makes this move such a head scratcher to me.

They didn't choose Moss over Branch, two seperate situations, not sure how you came up with that one.

If Moss is a problem it wont set the team back at all, it was a 4th round pick, they'll cut him or suspend him and be done (look at Terry Glenn).

Also, what he brings isn't just production (there's a report he's in his best shape ever and running a 4.29-40yds). Him and Stallworth along with Welker will make it difficult for teams to double team Watson who can be a monster of a pass catcher if he can start holding onto the ball more.

They will be paying Moss as much or probably more then what they had to pay Branch. They opted to pay a reciever with less production, more off and on field problems, whos older and doesnt fit the spread offense that you run. Over Branch, who had developed chemistry and trust with Brady, fit the system perfectly and never once gave any on or off field problems to New England.

Getting Moss is such a reach. I think it will backfire.

Also I don't get what Branch has to do with the Randy Moss deal. They traded Branch for a first round pick (Just saw today that Seattle traded Darell Jackson for a 4th rounder, Moss came to the Pats for a 4th rounder...looks like a 1st rounder for Branch is a pretty good deal for the Pats) Plus maybe the Patriots noticed they were really lacking at wideout this past season so they wanted to improve on it. Even if they still had Branch I would assume they would still go after Moss seeing how Moss is the 4th wideout they've snagged this offseason.

Just noticed Chargers got new uni's...

You've got a logjam at DE as is...if Strahan or Osi goes down Tuck is the heir apparent (though I've heard he might potentially be in a deal to the Browns to get Shaffer to man LT this year). If that happens, Kiwi would go back to DE should an injury occur and another LB would be the starter.

Why Moss? Why not Darrell Jackson? It was no secret Jackson was being traded. He's a far better reciever and has deep threat abilities, plays in a very similar system and is easily a #1 on 50% of the NFL's teams. He's younger. Yet they take Moss. Moss dont have " It " anymore. Atleast with Corey Dillon, he still was producing. Darrell Jackson would have been a far better trade.

Ok, let me try explaning this to you one last time. The Pats were willing to pay Branch, they were not willing to void the last year of his current contract which is something they never do, something that Brady understood, something that Seymore understood, something that has never changed with how they do business. The pats by far made the right move, especially where they got a #1 pick for him.

Moss is still productive and will be on the Pats.

Also, as for "paying him the same money". Did you see the deal Moss is signing? 1 year, 3 million with incentives to reach 5mil.

The more I hear form Moss the better I feel about him, he's here to win, he's talking the talk "I don't care how many balls I get" "I don't care about the money, I just want to win a ring" etc... etc... Now, does he "walk the walk, all season we shall see.

We could've got Moss if we had a bigger cap.

No, you couldn't have.

The Patriots are how the 49'ers were in the 80's. Vets took pay cuts to go play for the 49'ers because they had great ownership, great coaches and the won championships.

Let's remember, this Pats team was 1 or 2 plays from going back to the super bowl, and all they have done this off-season is gotten better.

Thomas, Stallworth, Moss all took less money to play here then they could have gotten elsewhere.

I'm not saying the Pats will win the superbowl, every good team is 1 or 2 key injuries from an 8-8 season.
