For those that haven't downloaded the Heists pack yet, it requires 4.5 GB of space on the PS4 & Xbox One and 1.5 GB of space on the PS3 & Xbox 360. Minimum requirement of rank 12 as well in order to play.

Replaying the heists allows a "Trip Skip" option that gets rid of all the traveling needed but deducts a portion of the bonus cash as a trade-off.

Besides heists themselves, a few new weapons, modes, and cars are also included in the DLC pack.

Yeah, so definitely some issues still with the servers. Takes a handful of tries to get into freeroam. Once I do, there's only me and like 2 other people. Not much point in increasing the player count if there's only a few people.

Once I'm actually in the game though, I have no problems getting into missions.

Did the set up for the first heist but no one wanted to join for the second part. This brings me to my problem with heists.

The All in Order Challenge

Doing all the heists in order gets you a bonus 1,000,000. But there are enough heists, and enough parts to each one, that waiting for an invite to the one you need, is unlikely. Which means no one is accepting invites because they're all starting heist missions as leader so they can do it all in order and get their cool mil.

There is another challenge where if you complete all the heists in order, with the same group, without losing any lives, it nets you 10,000,000.

So yeah. Get the fuck online guys.

Recent patch apparently messed up a few things with the most obvious being graphical problems. Rockstar tried to give out a quick fix for now but supposedly didn't work according to reports.

In terms of GTA Online, the biggest problem appears to be game settings being reset.

GTA V is around five times larger than GTA IV (60GB compared to 16GB) which may explain why this version of the game requires seven discs rather than the two discs GTA IV shipped on.

GTA V recently broke the Steam record for most players playing at the same time that wasn't a Valve game. Previous record holder was Skyrim.

In terms of overall record, game isn't even half of what Valve's DOTA 2 generated as a record.

Yesterday, Grand Theft Auto V took up the mantle of Steam's most concurrent users in a single game for non-Valve developed titles. At its peak, it hit 300,452 players. Skyrim was the previous record-holder, with around 280,000 concurrent users.

For those with the game on PC, apparently hackers managed to gain access to accounts with Rockstar stating they are aware of the situation and reverting affected accounts back to normal.

While they didn't say passwords had to be changed, its best to do it as soon as possible as a precaution.

Rockstar also says that The Lab radio station from the PC version will be headed to all four consoles in a future update. The Self Radio option won’t be though, as it pulls from your MP3s (and is beyond what the consoles can support at this time).

Was also teased Rockstar is preparing to end update support for the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions within the near future. Only guaranteed the next big update will arrive for those platforms.

Viruses/Malware were recently discovered in at least 2 mods for the PC version of the game.

If you've installed the Angry Planes or NoClip mod for Grand Theft Auto V, you will definitely want to read this. Both mods have been found to include a virus that logs keys amongst other nasty things, such as spam bots that take control of your Twitch, Facebook and YouTube accounts, as well as a bot that can do things with your Steam inventory. Users over at the GTAForums found the viruses and have since provided instructions to remove them.

There is an absolutely absurd amount of game modes, activites, and freemode events now, to the point where I can't even see it being a grind given how much there actually is to do.

Thing is, there are a lot of games coming out this month, so between that and life stuff I dunno how much time I'll devote to it. Being white and priviledged is super hard sometimes.
