This was one of the most powerful and moving movies I've ever watched. I was too young to even know about the Rwanda conflict when it was going on, and so I've never actually read into it past the basics.
This movie had me in tears at parts. I can't believe I never watched this before. Seriously, if someone hasn't seen it, I urge you to watch it. It is about 2 hours long, but it had me hooked the entire way through.

I know sports movies are often cliche and what not but this is such a great story. I thought the movie was well done and really helped to tell the tale. Such a sad story, really could have been one of the all time greats of the NFL but never got the chance.

Also, Chaos Theory - 4/10
Waste of a film. Ryan Reynolds (doing his usual schtick as well as some actual acting) is great in this but is completely wasted. If they had decided what type of film they wanted it to be, it could have been very entertaining, either as a straight up 'LOL' comedy or something a bit more serious. Tries to be both though and just isn't. Shame. Worth watching if you like Ryan Reynolds or wanna see him act but if not, you're not missing anything

The last movie I watched most recently was "Still Waiting" and I was disappointed. The first one was funnier and crazier than this one... although the boobs on that one chick... holy crap.
But before that was Frailty and that was rather good. I liked the twists and everything that was in it. It kept me watchin, entertained, and thinking.
And in theaters it was "Push" and I was just glad it wasn't a bad adaptation of Jumper. The movie was ... good action wise but overall I'd say it was average at best.

Pretty sweet origin story with some nice action. A longer feature would benefit the themes involved, though. And yeah, you read that right.

Nope, they just sit around and write letters and fall in love because they are a bunch of faggots. In fairness to the movie, it is based on a book. It is my understanding that the movie is pretty faithful to the book, so any complaint with how anticlimactic the ending is may be the fault of the book.
I don't really mind the end. When you say the last 20 minutes, are you talking about every single part of it, or what? There was only one part that I didn't really get at first, which was why James Brolin was just dead all of the sudden. I read something online about how we are supposed to see the whole thing from Tommy Lee Jones' point of view, because in a way this is his story, so getting there too late fits that. I'm still not even convinced that's correct, but I think it's close because in a way Tommy Lee Jones is the most important character.

When I say the last twenty minutes I mean (hightlight to read) wnen Josh Broslin dies. He dies all of a sudden and then the movie just.....I don't know what happens. We just see him perfectly fine and then in the next scene we see a bad image of him dead on the floor. Then the movie starts talking about I have no idea what. Its a bunch of mumbo jumbo that didn't make alot fo sense to me. Thats why I didnt like it. Couldnt follow it.
But anyway....

Quantum of Solace - 7/10 - I liked it better than Casino, and I think between the two films Craig is a better Bond than Brosnan. It's unfair to say that though, because he's had two great movies to make and Brosnan just had Goldeneye and then a string of ridiculous ones. One question I will ask: is Bond ever going to get some gadgets, or are we going to have to watch a shaky "realistic" foot chase in ever film?
The Curious Case of Benjamin Button - 5/10 -Visually it was impressive. Storywise it was good up until about the first hour or so. Then the gimmick wears off and it just becomes a love story (and personally, I don't really even think Benjamin and the red headed girl had any strong reason to fall in love in the first place). The whole thing is pretty predictable at that point, and really I do mean the whole thing.

I watched Casino Royale about thirty minutes ago for the second time and I think that Daniel Craig sucks. He has no charisma, no aspiration to have any Bond-like characteristics, just merely a bland guy who is well toned to fit the role of playing the main character in another ostentatious action film, which seem to be the in thing in the latter half of this decade. Brosnan was a different kind of Bond, but he was charming and fit the role convincingly. He is personally my second favorite Bond.
