Still bugs me how WWE started jobbing Brodus Clay left and right instead of keeping him looking like the badass he physically looks like he could and should be.

He squashed JTG in about a minute. Sure it's nothing great as it's JTG, but still, Brodus still being on TV is something I guess.

Before, you got about three matches that were of a good length and also good wrestling, and maybe a little recap of Raw. But recently, you've been getting about two matches and about 40 minutes worth of Raw & SmackDown recaps and advets for live events.

This week, with JTG jobbing to Brodus in about a minute, you only got about 10 minutes of wrestling while the rest was recaps and adverts. :-\

TNA's video game worked really hard on the character models. I think they brought in every wrestler to do some sort of scan. Working that hard on each character, though, meant that there was a lack of work in making the game actually good. Not that I have played it. I just hear tell that it looks great but sucks to play.

Yeah, Impact looked spectacular, but played worse than pretty much any game I've ever played. It reminded me, honestly, of the old Super Nintendo WWF games where everyone had the same moveset except for a finisher, although I'm not entirely positive all of the TNA guys actually had their finishers. I owned it for about a week, just because I found a copy for $1 somewhere, but I returned it before I was even done with the "story." Awful awful game.

If TNA could put forward a great video game, that would be a great way for them to get more attention as a company. Playing as old favourties like Hulk Hogan, Sting, Kurt Angle and Jeff Hardy with a great game engine, and introducing people to the likes of Austin Aries, AJ Styles, Christopher Daniels, Samoa Joe, Bobby Roode, James Storm, etc. could get them coverage on websites like IGN and the like. Open them up to a new breed of geek.

Jacqueline Fliehr filed the docs in Mecklenberg County, North Carolina earlier this month citing "acts of illicit sexual behavior."

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Jackie explains, "Husband has had numerous intimate relationships with other women during the parties' marriage, to the embarrassment and humiliation of wife."

Jacqueline also notes that she was a "faithful and dutiful wife" ever since they tied the knot in 2009.

But there's more ... Jackie claims Ric has totally screwed her out of tens of thousands of dollars in spousal support he agreed to pay when they hammered out a separation agreement back in October.

According to the docs, Flair agreed to pay Jacqueline $4k per month in spousal support ... plus a one-time payment of $15k to cover legal costs. He also agreed to pay $14k in back payments from the time they split in July.

But Jacqueline claims Nature Boy totally blew off the agreement -- and hasn't paid her one single cent.

Now she wants a judge to force Ric to pay up ... which shouldn't be too hard, considering she claims he still makes more than $1 MILLION per year. Not bad for a 63-year-old pro wrestler.

I know he is, nor am I a super-huge fan of JTG, but that wasn't the point.

The three-hour length was, theoretically, supposed to do the same thing the permanant move to 2 hours was supposed to do- on both RAW and SmackDown, and ultimately hasn't.

There's far too much "ratings are down because Punk can't draw!" and "Cena = girl's watching" and not enough wrestling on a wrestling program. And I don't mean just old-school string of matches on a card with little or no reason (though that would help get SOME people some exposure), but it is really hard to fathom how, between A TEAM of people who are supposed to be creative, it takes all of them to make a tabloid "scandal" just to elevate Ziggler, and they have no ideas or direction for almost anyone else on the entire roster. Punk/Heyman, gods they are, can't carry the show. As popular as Cena is to kids and to haters, he can't carry the whole show. And to have all these extra people who HAVE TO travel from town to town, and they don't even get used is kinda stupid.

I miss the days when Raw and SmackDown were in competition with each other and you actually felt like you were watching a different show when you watched Raw and SmackDown.

These days, when I watch SmackDown, I feel like I'm watching some kind of "spiritual successor" of that past Monday's Raw. Also, maybe it's just me but it feels like recently SmackDown has shown less matches and more Raw Recaps and SmackDown Recaps of the previous week. The same can be said for Superstars but I think I've already mentioned my thoughts on Superstars recently. Maybe that's one of the reasons why I like JBL on commentary on SmackDown. To me, he makes it feel like those days again when he says stuff like "This is what we do on Friday nights!" and his referencing to SmackDown as the "A Show" and all that.

Also, it doesn't help that sometimes you have the same guy wrestling on Raw and SmackDown. For example, you might see a Rey Mysterio match on Raw, then another one just four days later on SmackDown and then you sometimes get a recap of what Mysterio did just four days ago on Raw and you're left thinking something along the lines of "I've seen this stuff before this week". Sort of a repeat of a repeat of a repeat.

During the brand split, you would tune in to either show knowing who to expect and that would probably be why you would tune in. To see the guys you liked, and I don't know how to explain it but it would feel like that was "their turf" so to speak. It made it even more entertaining when they would appear on the other show unannounced. It would feel "weird" seeing them on the opposing show's stage for example. Then the Draft Lottery would happen and you would hope that the guys you liked being on a certain show, wouldn't be drafted or vice versa. Also the reaction you would give of a pick that you would think would be weird coming true, come true. For example, when J.R was drafted to SmackDown or when Carlito was drafted to Raw in 2005. You would think "What?" and it would be a "weird thought" thinking of them as being part of that brand and appearing on the show.

Now, it's a lot "calmer" these days. You tune in to a show and expect to see pretty much the same as what you saw on the other show.

I don't know, It's somewhat hard to put into words and maybe I'm not making much sense because of it, but it was a thought that came into my head just now and I felt like sharing it.

I'd blame the mentality the WWE has for years in regards that almost all the effort has to be given to RAW and everything else is ignored or half-assed.

Its shown with the preference for recaps, draft, and "Supershows" were always meant to benefit RAW while Smackdown either was always rebuilding or got minimal attention.

The only benefit Smackdown got was since Vince and co didn't bother that much with the show, it could take the time to build new stars or even show off more wrestling in matches. That basically changed once the WWE sent Orton and decided Smackdown had to be just like RAW with their own "Cena" and recap-filled mess.

With Taker, HHH, Rock and Lesnar at their disposal they can fill the card from top to bottom with huge matches. And that's without even getting into the main roster yet. I always felt like that should be the goal when booking a WrestleMania. To make even the lesser matches seem "too big" for just any other PPV.

I'm on the same boat with this. I know that when the brand split was around, people would complain and say it needed to end, but if used correctly, it could be absolutely great for the WWE.

First, take all the two-strikers in the WWE and have them work exclusively on SmackDown. This means that if they're fired, it won't really impact the WWE's main bread-and-butter show. Randy Orton, Rey Mysterio, R-Truth and William Regal being SmackDown exclusive already gives that show some big names and unique personalities.

The World Heavyweight Title picture would then be exclusive to SmackDown. So Big Show, Sheamus and Dolph Ziggler would then only be seen on the blue brand. Throw in Sin Cara, who could use the polish by continuing his work with Rey Mysterio; Hunico, who could appeal to the Hispanic audiences; Camacho, who is aligned with Hunico; Alberto Del Rio, who is another big star that always just seemed "better" on SmackDown; Ricardo Rodriguez, and potentially his El Local alter-ego; The Usos, who would be kept away from Roman Reigns so their family link need not be explained; and AJ Lee, who could rebel against Vickie Guerrero and sign exclusively with SmackDown, and you've already gone a long way into giving the show its own unique identity.

RAW could still remain three hours. Basically, everyone else would be a RAW Superstar, and you could give matches a lot more time. You could also have "NXT Showcases," where guys from NXT come up and try to prove their worth to whoever the RAW General Manager is. The undercard and mid-card would get a strong chance to show themselves off on RAW (with stars that the WWE sees a more profitable future in being sent to SmackDown, as sort of a transition period between being a mid-carder and a main eventer), and there could be a strong focus on segments dedicated to things like the tag team division.

The problem with the brand split was that while great guys would have time to grow and improve, once they became on the verge of the main event, they'd get moved to Raw in the draft and be barely used. I'm thinking Kennedy and MVP especially stalled big time after the move.

They'd go to Raw as upcoming stars and come back in the next year's draft as jobbers to the stars.
