Yeah, that was in Hogan's book. He went and got Hogan and showed off his shit to him. Andre apparently found it hillarious and Hogan said in his book that the smell was absolutly abominable. I think he also said that Andre's shit was so big it was hanging off the sides of the bed, though I could be wrong as I haven't read the book since I got it in around 2002.

But I can remember reading something like it.

I feel that Royal Rumble used a heavily modified SmackDown! engine. Anyone know if this is true?

According to Wikipedia, Royal Rumble for both the Dreamcast and Arcade was devloped by Yukes who also worked on the Smackdown series.

It would make sense for Yukes to port over the Smackdown engine since the only other popular wrestling engine at the time was from AKI's WCW Revenge/WM 2000.

Kind of dumb to only have 20-22 wrestlers in the game if the Rumble mode needs 30 guys as a minimum.
